My husband and I rarely get a date night and tonight, we decided to go to outback this time. Let me say that we had the best experience. Our little waitress, Mattie, was the quickest and the sweetest waitress that we've had in a very long time from any restaurant in town. Our food was cooked to perfection. Our steak was juicy, cooked just right and my husband's coconut shrimp were huge and so good. If I was promised this service and could get Mattie every time, we'd go more often.

I walked in and it the restaurant looked old and dingy. I sat down at the filthiest bar I have seen in awhile. There was no one there which I thought was odd considering all the other restaurants were packed. I ordered a medium rare steak that came out well done and appeared to be cooked in the microwave and then seared. I had a couple of bites and then just paid the bill and left.

I just ate there last night in years and I woke up this morning puking my guts out and it's all of the food I had from here. Never eating here again

Salad terrible, no French dressing, steaks were to much seasoning, as well as the fries. We love Texas Roadhouse. Will not go back to Outback steak house. Lot more expensive and by far way less delicious than Roadhouse.

The stake was supposed to be medium rare but it was fully cooked. It was burnt on one side, cold and tough. The stake house mac and cheese was very dry and seemed like it had been sitting up for awhile. The fried chicken breast was small. This was a $42.51 ticket but the only good item was a potato with bacon bits and butter. Will not visit another time.

I think overall, Monroe has been through a lot. We've been to other Outbacks and this one had seen better days for sure. There was no wait when we got there, our server was wonderful and super friendly, the food was delicious, but the furniture looked run-down. However, the food was delicious 😋

I always get the bone in porterhouse 22 ounce. More than enogh for my wife and I. Perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Only complaint, No Bluemoon in a bottle!

I have tried numerous times to keep going back to Outback. But this last order (curbside pickup) has me calling quits. Toughest "Tenderloin" steak I can ever recall. And the "loaded" baked potato had one tiny cup of cheese, about 12 - 15 strands total, and a couple green onion bits. Unbelievable. Did not know there was a severe shortage of cheese nowadays. Texas Roadhouse here I come!

We had such a great experience with the amazing Outback crew of west Monroe Louisiana! We went here following the funeral services of my father in law we met with family and friends and their crew and amazing manager Shelia Taylor went above and beyond to serve us! We highly recommend and will continue to come here!! Thankyall so much for everything!

We were there sat.14th about 3pm. Placed order, our blooming onion was never brought out, we steaks were brought, I ask about it, come to find out it was carried to a different table. Orderd steak well done, it was still bleeding. When got steak back, potatoes were cold.We ask just to get blooming onion to go and had to wait forever to get it. So needless to say we will not be coming back.We were going to Chilis and decide there because of blooming onion, which we got to eat cold and soggy.
