We did a pickup order and was very pleased! It was ready exactly when promised and it was rather quick actually. The food was fresh and delicious and I definitely recommend. This order was for my daughter she ordered the Queensland pasta with chicken and shrimp which was delish. She also ordered the wings in the mild flavor with ranch instead of blue cheese. She asked for extra Ranch that they only gave her a small cup extra. That may be enough for most but the girl really likes Ranch and she doesn't mind paying for it. All in all a very good experience at curbside pickup.

We went to eat after church and were sitting and waiting our turn and another couple came in and sit in the waiting area with us and the staff seated them before us and took us to the bar area! Very rude! Will not recommend West Monroe Outback to anyone! We sure enjoyed Texas Roadhouse instead, nice staff and delicious food!!

I’ve eaten here several times in the last couple of months and the food was extremely good each time. My servers were nice and stayed on top of things, but the manager Sheila came around and checked with us each visit and anything that we mentioned, she took care of immediately! She’s an excellent manager without a doubt. Years ago it was one of my favorite restaurants but in later years it has gone down drastically, but she has certainly turned the place around. She and her staff should be commended. Wonderful place to eat and great food!!

I went to Outback for a meeting Friday at 11:30. We were given a selected menu that we filled out including entree, side and drink that we turned in when we arrived. We were not served until after 1:15 and at 2:15 still had not gotten my bill after asking multiple times. I needed to be somewhere at 3:00PM. I ended up leaving money with a friend to pay my bill. There was not enough help and felt like a manager should have came out to help get a group checked out when short handed.

I ordered online . Their website was very user friendly. My order was delivered to my car in just 20 minutes from when I ordered. I ordered several items and the bag contained everything. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I love this restaurant!

Outback never disappoints. Food was great but our server, Tricia, was probably one of the best servers we've had! She never let our glasses be empty, boxed our leftovers, brought to-go drinks and brought us bread to take along with honey butter. She made our date night so enjoyable.

Well done steak was charcoal and lettuce was wilted and brown service friendly enough but scattered and peacemeal. Must have had 4 different folks come to the table. Staff way too casually standing around like short order staff Was weird.

Let me start by saying our waitress Chloe was great! Well mannered,super helpful. As far as the meal the 80 dollar we just spent I'd say at least 50 of it was wasted. The bread was not fresh.The house salad had a funny taste,the chicken was rubbery and dry. My load baked potato didn't have any flavor and was rubbery. The Mac and cheese had a good flavor but noddles were to rubbery and hard to eat. The porkchop was very good. Ive very disappointed this was once my favorite restaurant 😕.

I visited the West Monroe restaurant for lunch on Sunday, May 25, 2025. I ordered the 12 oz prime rib, roasted, medium rare, along with the loaded sweet potato and rice. Both of them were cooked perfectly; however the prime rib had a slab of fat which was 1/3 of the length of the steak.. Also, the steak was cold. It had not seen any heat before being served to me. Needless to say, I was somewhat disappointed in my meal, especially since it has been quite a while without eating there.
