Served cold food...immediately called manager who dismissed my complaint and said they would throw the cold food away. I'm sure they did. They knew mine food was cold and hard as a rock when it went in the bag! I wasnt able to go back and wasn't offered a replacement at a later date. As the one on Thomas Rd did when I got home and had no meat on my hamburger. Instead of making me drive back to town. The manager honored it for a later date

Appreciated how she boxed our food up this is the first I’ve ever seen our food put so nicely from a sonic! We appreciated you so much! Y’all Keep up the great work.
