I am not someone that likes to leave negative reviews but apparently management isn't very concerned because it's a constant issue and with the same employee. I have dealt with Angel multiple times and she is always extremely rude to myself and other customers. She never smiles, doesn't acknowledge people when they walk in, and she is rude to her coworkers. I know good employees are hard to find but good customers are as well.

Definitely not worth wasting your money. Its more bread then meat, theyll be quick to charge you just for extra meat knowing the portions “they made” is not enough for that thick bread. Youll be better off making your own sandwich at home.

We sit in the drive-thru at around 6 pm on Oct. 28th 2025 with the lights off their board. We thought they were closed until I went around to the window and seen workers inside. The lady didn't even get the order correct. What is this locations problem? It seems to always take so long to order.

Every single time I come to this location, there’s always TWO people working. I have to wait 15 minutes in the drive through, JUST to get waited on. Not to mention my order was made wrong. The girls working told me they were sorry, that they were busy. How can a restaurant be “fast food” but be clearly understaffed and is rushing to get orders done, but made incorrectly.

Boo! We waited in empty drive through at the speaker forever then we pulled forward to the window and two people walked by but no one would take order? There was NOT a lot of customers there and many employees? I called too and no answer

This place used to be my go 2 while I’m on my lunch break but here lately they have very slow getting me my food and I only see 2 girls in there every time it seems to me they need more workers then maybe I’ll start getting my food from there again no one wants to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich
I’m so tired of the constant issues at this location. I asked for light sauce, and my sandwich was absolutely drenched—sopping wet, messy, and totally inedible. I couldn’t even eat it. This isn’t the first or second time it’s happened either.
To make it worse, I’ve had a separate incident where I found a long piece of hair in my sandwich that ended up in my mouth—still attached. I had to pull it out of my throat. That was one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever experienced from a so-called restaurant.
The quality and standards at this place are nonexistent, and it’s clear nothing is improving. Calling the store is pointless—no one answers the phone, and there’s no way to reach anyone. I spent money on food that ended up in the trash.
Hopefully, I get a refund. I won’t be ordering from here again. I’ve never left a review for a food place before, but this location has pushed me to do it — this kind of mess happens way too often. I order from here regularly, and it’s unacceptable. If you want a better experience, try the location off Thomas Road—they do a much better job.

The girl blonde girl at the drive-they was rude. Put 2 pieces of cheese on my sandwich and only put 2 pieces of freaking turkey on my husbands sandwich.. like we aren’t trying to eat just bread…. I paid 20$ for essentially bread. It’s kind of bullcrap..

3/25 Gave it one last shot and officially giving up. Asked them repeatedly not to toast my flat bread but came back to work with a giant cracker for a sandwich.... ANNOYED and giving up....
Original: This location seems to be understaffed. I went by one day and was turned down at the drive thru and told I had to go inside to order. That was impossible for me so I went elsewhere. Tried it again today and requested a chopped salad. They stated they don't chop anything even though every other location does? Items requested were left off my salad so it wasn't made correctly and there was hair mixed in it. The lady working the drive thru was super kind and I tried to be understanding to reciprocate the kindness shown to me. But now I'm several miles from that location, back at work to eat my lunch, and can't because there's a hair in it. Now my jeebies are heebied and I'm still hungry.... 😭 This used to be my favorite location but recently it's been a disappointing waste of money, time, and gas.
