3/25 Gave it one last shot and officially giving up. Asked them repeatedly not to toast my flat bread but came back to work with a giant cracker for a sandwich.... ANNOYED and giving up....
Original: This location seems to be understaffed. I went by one day and was turned down at the drive thru and told I had to go inside to order. That was impossible for me so I went elsewhere. Tried it again today and requested a chopped salad. They stated they don't chop anything even though every other location does? Items requested were left off my salad so it wasn't made correctly and there was hair mixed in it. The lady working the drive thru was super kind and I tried to be understanding to reciprocate the kindness shown to me. But now I'm several miles from that location, back at work to eat my lunch, and can't because there's a hair in it. Now my jeebies are heebied and I'm still hungry.... 😭 This used to be my favorite location but recently it's been a disappointing waste of money, time, and gas.

First time visiting today, and was hesitant at first. However, the way I was treated was how I’d treat someone as well. Although my order was initially online and I ordered in parking lot bc I’m big on cleanliness when it comes to fixing my food. I was allowed to get my sandwich fixed exactly to my specifications. The staff was very nice and courteous. I don’t know if she’s was the mgr that I was interacting with, but she was a sweetheart. She assured me that if I’m ever dissatisfied to please let her know and she’d be more than happy to take care of it. I know how things can be stressful doing lunch , but these ladies were awesome. Thanks for your great customer service and you’ve definitely gained a new customer. I told them that I’m a review queen. So cheers to Subway on Wallace Dean Rd ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Didn’t have gluten free buns and the employees looked at me like i was stupid for even asking.

Thanks for the amazing sandwiches. Best subway in west monroe or monroe. The sandwichs are always so nicely put together. Never short on meats or toppings. Please tip your sandwich artists. They deserve it.

Says they close at 10pm. They turned off the lights and their online ordering by 9:35. Tried to go through the drive through and was ignored. Change the signs and the websites time if you do not plan on following it.

Stopped at the Subway on Thomas, but they had a sign up that they weren't servicing drive through. I didn't want to park and go in, so I went over to Wells Road. I was greeted as soon as I drove up. I had to wait a moment or two while the drive-through person finished a task. Ordering was easy and fast. My order was ready quickly. It was hot, toasted well with just the perfect amount of everything. This is my favorite Subway. I rarely ever have issues there. I will be back!
This location has terrible service in the evenings it seems. Had an issue tonight and the last time I came. There was one customer inside, multiple employees as well but a long drive thru wait time and I was the only one in the drive thru!
