This place used to be my go 2 while Iām on my lunch break but here lately they have very slow getting me my food and I only see 2 girls in there every time it seems to me they need more workers then maybe Iāll start getting my food from there again no one wants to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich

Iām so tired of the constant issues at this location. I asked for light sauce, and my sandwich was absolutely drenchedāsopping wet, messy, and totally inedible. I couldnāt even eat it. This isnāt the first or second time itās happened either.
To make it worse, Iāve had a separate incident where I found a long piece of hair in my sandwich that ended up in my mouthāstill attached. I had to pull it out of my throat. That was one of the most disgusting things Iāve ever experienced from a so-called restaurant.
The quality and standards at this place are nonexistent, and itās clear nothing is improving. Calling the store is pointlessāno one answers the phone, and thereās no way to reach anyone. I spent money on food that ended up in the trash.
Hopefully, I get a refund. I wonāt be ordering from here again. Iāve never left a review for a food place before, but this location has pushed me to do it ā this kind of mess happens way too often. I order from here regularly, and itās unacceptable. If you want a better experience, try the location off Thomas Roadāthey do a much better job.

The girl blonde girl at the drive-they was rude. Put 2 pieces of cheese on my sandwich and only put 2 pieces of freaking turkey on my husbands sandwich.. like we arenāt trying to eat just breadā¦. I paid 20$ for essentially bread. Itās kind of bullcrap..

3/25 Gave it one last shot and officially giving up. Asked them repeatedly not to toast my flat bread but came back to work with a giant cracker for a sandwich.... ANNOYED and giving up....
Original: This location seems to be understaffed. I went by one day and was turned down at the drive thru and told I had to go inside to order. That was impossible for me so I went elsewhere. Tried it again today and requested a chopped salad. They stated they don't chop anything even though every other location does? Items requested were left off my salad so it wasn't made correctly and there was hair mixed in it. The lady working the drive thru was super kind and I tried to be understanding to reciprocate the kindness shown to me. But now I'm several miles from that location, back at work to eat my lunch, and can't because there's a hair in it. Now my jeebies are heebied and I'm still hungry.... š This used to be my favorite location but recently it's been a disappointing waste of money, time, and gas.

First time visiting today, and was hesitant at first. However, the way I was treated was how Iād treat someone as well. Although my order was initially online and I ordered in parking lot bc Iām big on cleanliness when it comes to fixing my food. I was allowed to get my sandwich fixed exactly to my specifications. The staff was very nice and courteous. I donāt know if sheās was the mgr that I was interacting with, but she was a sweetheart. She assured me that if Iām ever dissatisfied to please let her know and sheād be more than happy to take care of it. I know how things can be stressful doing lunch , but these ladies were awesome. Thanks for your great customer service and youāve definitely gained a new customer. I told them that Iām a review queen. So cheers to Subway on Wallace Dean Rd āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø
Didnāt have gluten free buns and the employees looked at me like i was stupid for even asking.

Thanks for the amazing sandwiches. Best subway in west monroe or monroe. The sandwichs are always so nicely put together. Never short on meats or toppings. Please tip your sandwich artists. They deserve it.
Says they close at 10pm. They turned off the lights and their online ordering by 9:35. Tried to go through the drive through and was ignored. Change the signs and the websites time if you do not plan on following it.
