The kids love this place. They ordered fiesta potatoes, Crunchwrap Supreme, and a burrito. To drink they ordered Baja Blast. Everything was cooked as perfect as expected from Taco Bell.

So we go to the Taco Bell on Wells Road in Cypress and tell me why it took a whole hour and we were ordering our food and we still never got it on top of that. Somebody had to go ask them to turn around and pay attention to their customers because they were not a parent had to come in and said this is the most unprofessional workplace that they have ever been to. We also had to get a refund because we had things to do and we didn’t have a whole Nother hour to wait for our food. And people wonder why they can’t get a raise

I ordered online and when I pulled in and tried to pick up my order in the lobby a worker was standing outside. She then told me the lobby was closed. When I told her that I had a pickup order, she then said that I had to go through the drive thru. I went through the drive thru and confirmed my name on the screen and the window and they gave me my food. When I got home I realized they gave me the wrong order even though I confirmed who I was multiple times and my name was nowhere near close to the name on the wrong order they gave me. So I drove all the way back to the location and double checked that their lobby was still closed and went through the drive thru. I told them that they had gave me the wrong order and pulled to the window. I handed them back the order that they mixed up and when I tried to get my correct order they looked at me like I was crazy for giving the wrong order back and wanting my actual one. They kept repeating my name over and over and looking at me in disbelief that I could be the one on the order. When I told them that yes that was me they finally reluctantly gave me my order and gave me a rude look. When I pulled around to leave I look back at there lobby and saw that they in fact had customers in there because I saw two gentlemen leaving the lobby as I left. Safe to say I will never come back to this location I have been coming here for years and they truly messed up in so many ways. Do better.

Vet Craft

Worst Taco bell. The AI bot can't ever get the my order right. So I can inside to order. Was made to use the kisok. And still got my order wrong. People just standing around in their phones, then have me attitude when I told them my order was wrong. I grew up in the restaurant busy my whole life. Just sorry. I'll be sending a email to corporate. As I type this the employee's are yelling at each other. Sad
