First off. Rule of thumb for guests, if you see there is only one window labeled "pick up" and you haven't yet placed your order please don't allow the line of cars behind you to sit and wait over 30 minutes for your food to be ready.. especially if you notice one was previously parked waiting for a while before they drove up behind u in the line.... the staff should also be cognizant of this and ask you to park to the side to wait. Putting that aside oce I finally got our now cold food, I had to come back to get our drinks they forgot and when I did get them they were small and there was no effort to even make any kind of reimbursement or drink upgrade to make up for the long wait and oversight. Finally we get home to eat and the ranch I paid extra for was missing.... I hate negative reviews but just too much occurred to overlook

My husband I just left there paying $42 to eat for our first time eating there. First of all what brought us in was the kids eat free from 4-10pm on Tuesday. Now our waitress went to talk to the Manager which wouldn’t even come talk to us, sent the waitress back to say they didn’t offer that and wouldn’t honor it even though the website for that location online and the menu stated it. The point isn’t that we couldn’t get free food it’s the principle of not honoring your word.

I ordered twice from this place, i thought maybe the first was just a mistake so i gave it a second chance but now i wont be ordering from here anymore. Both times I’ve ordered i got a sandwich that was h half full and half just bread. I got the bacon me crazy half of my sandwich did not have any bacon.. the chicken compared to the bread was ridiculous. Either get smaller bread or fill the sandwich. It’s misleading

staff cussing loud and servers getting into it while in front of customers. my server clearly needs to be trained. poor service. won't be back for a long time probably ever. everytime I give this Dennys a try a server gets into it with another server service is poor and just all around not a good staff. no one ever seems to be professional. ever.
