We dine at Trapp’s on a regular basis, and our experience has consistently been great. The food is always fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful, reflecting a clear commitment to quality. In addition, the service is consistently attentive, professional, and welcoming.
The food was a bit underwhelming. The grilled Catfish and shrimp, loaded mashed potatoes, and mac n cheese were good but nothing too special. The seafood was well seasoned but the sides were bland. Our appetizer was good- the crawfish queso was our favorite. 😍 (Dinners ~$20/each)
We had lunch outdoors on the deck nice environment staff was polite and food came in a reasonable time. One person at our table got shrimp platter the other got seafood nachos they said their food was good but the side salad 🥗 was really small. The rest of us got the red beans and rice with cornbread, flavor was good but there was about 3 pieces of sausage in my bowl and the rice was under-cooked. I understand sometimes we have bad days so this won't stop me from coming...
