I recently placed an order 11/23 a mobile order to be exact with them. Went through the drive thru to pick up order they pulled me up I waited 45min before an employee passed by my car to ask did I need anything I said umm yes my order that I have yet to receive. So she comes back out with a bag that’s soaking wet everything in bag was wet and chicken soggy I drove back around and “Tabitha” who was an on duty manager explained to me that she could not issue a refund only another manager could and she wouldn’t be in until morning. I called Back twice and spoke with Tabitha each time and still did not receive refund all she would say is I told my manager. So I decided to call corporate to file a complaint and what has corporate done? NOTHING! The customer service is terrible

The drive thru has terrible service. They will ask you pull off to the side and they forget about you. 25 minute wait isn’t worth it . I asked them 3 times about my order. There were times no one was even in the drive thru so they were not busy.

LAST TIME im ordering from this location. I told the worker my order twice. I corrected her at the window yet again. I paid $16 for 7 fries a large drink i didnt ask for and an extra sauce. The manager was very non chalent about my dissatisfaction and told me she was sorry… all because I couldn’t drive back up there at the moment to get them to fix it!!!
She seemed very snappy and unapologetic as if i she just didn’t give a dang.

The Cobb Salad hits the spot!! The Boneless Wings and Things is our back up!! While there is sometimes a wait, dine in or take out, the food is always fresh!! The staff is friendly and pleasant, as well.
Great option for lunch or dinner when you dont have time or dont feel like cooking!!

Check your take-out order folks!
They like to tape up the bag for you so you have to destroy the bag to look before you leave, but destroy it you must.
We like to order take-out from here about once every couple of weeks on our way home from a sporting event. We order thru the mobile app because it’s easy and it’s ready when we get there… no waiting.
But the ability for Zaxby’s employees to make sure everything you ordered is in the bag is frustratingly impossible. Of the last eight orders, we have had exactly one — ONE ORDER — that was accurate, but that was because I tore open the bag to discover we were missing toast (which they fixed).
Every single time they miss something… sometimes no fries… sometimes no toast… most of the time no Zaxby’s sauce. But it has never been accurate — not once!
So maybe I’m the fool. I keep going back and thinking surely they must get it right today. I’m certainly the fool who keeps parting with his money…
