My food came out cold and she immediately made sure it was fixed with fresh hot food within minutes and not once did a smile leave her face. In such a high stress environment it can be hard to maintain positivity but she is the embodiment of what a good waitress should be! She deserves recognition for the hard work and good job that she does. Katie was helpful in every way and made sure that we had everything we needed to have a good dinner this evening.
