My server was fantastic, I forgot his name starts with an “H”. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, wasn't too overbearing with his service.

We asked for things to be split in kitchen - they weren't. Oysters, soup, salads and crab cake came all at once. Would have been better to serve individually. Lastly - we asked for an item on starter menu (risotto) to be served as side with mains. It came out as a starter. Details, but when spending $85 per steak and Ramsey name is on the door. I expect perfection.

Staff was exceptional and made the night relaxing. Food was exceptional. Onion soup and steaks were superb. catered to us like we were old customers even though it was our first time.

Everything was exquisite! The food was incredible, the staff was amazing and knowledgeable and very professional. The service though was fantastic. Every person we interacted with was so very nice. They made me feel so special for my birthday! They even brought out a special desert with a candle and lit it for me to blow out. I've never wanted to stay in a restaurant forever but I could totally see myself living there 😂

Been there several times before. The service is always exceptional. The food is to die for and overall, just a wonderful experience.

The food and the drinks were all exceptional except for the Lobster risotto, which was salty in spots. Tyler was an excellent server, very helpful and attentive. Obviously, you pay for great service and food, but Gordon Ramsay's Steakhouse succeeds at providing high quality for the price (which has not been my experience with some other establishments).

Another good meal and exceptional service. We love going here when we are in Lake Charles. The portions are huge and the sides shareable. The Brussels never fail to please. My husband has the dry aged ribeye and I had the pork chop. Both cooked too perfection. Add the service from Cavan and Austin for the win.

The big rib eye had the texture of a strip steak. Dry and tough for an $80 rib eye. Very disappointing. Also had the small filet which was good. The famous house desert was great but way overpriced.

Unfortunately the experience at this establishment was very disappointing. We were out to celebrate our 38th anniversary. I was hoping for an amazing dinner to accentuate our evening. Instead the whole meal was an utter disappointment. I can do better on any given Sunday at home with a $30 steak from local grocery store Service was great and restaurant was nice, but the food all in all was a great disappointment

Gordon Ramsay steak exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The hostess was so friendly & welcoming. The waiter was very professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and presented the menu in a way that made us want to try everything on it. The food was above 5 ⭐ and the price was less than expected. It was truly a dining experience, not just a dinner!
