Food and service was excellent the staff went above and beyond. Tim was the best server there and the best we've had in a long time!

Been there several times before. The service is always exceptional. The food is to die for and overall, just a wonderful experience.

The food and the drinks were all exceptional except for the Lobster risotto, which was salty in spots. Tyler was an excellent server, very helpful and attentive. Obviously, you pay for great service and food, but Gordon Ramsay's Steakhouse succeeds at providing high quality for the price (which has not been my experience with some other establishments).

Another good meal and exceptional service. We love going here when we are in Lake Charles. The portions are huge and the sides shareable. The Brussels never fail to please. My husband has the dry aged ribeye and I had the pork chop. Both cooked too perfection. Add the service from Cavan and Austin for the win.

The big rib eye had the texture of a strip steak. Dry and tough for an $80 rib eye. Very disappointing. Also had the small filet which was good. The famous house desert was great but way overpriced.

Unfortunately the experience at this establishment was very disappointing. We were out to celebrate our 38th anniversary. I was hoping for an amazing dinner to accentuate our evening. Instead the whole meal was an utter disappointment. I can do better on any given Sunday at home with a $30 steak from local grocery store Service was great and restaurant was nice, but the food all in all was a great disappointment

Gordon Ramsay steak exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The hostess was so friendly & welcoming. The waiter was very professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and presented the menu in a way that made us want to try everything on it. The food was above 5 ⭐ and the price was less than expected. It was truly a dining experience, not just a dinner!

The restaurant was wonderful. The food, staff, was great! We shared several dishes and everything was outstanding. Our steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection. We'll definitely be back.

The food was horrible and overpriced. The steak and lamb were cooked to perfection but tasted like trash. They needed seasoning for everything. I would not recommend to anyone. The amount of money we paid was too much for the quality of food. The best part was the service. We had a very knowledgeable and attentive server and that was only good part about our service. For an upscale place. It confuses me theee are booths in this place. When I reserve a table I expect a table. Not a McDonald kids booth. Especially for a good dinner. Unless you are 2 people or a large party you get a booth. Plus they turn people away for not having a reservation but have empty tables. Food was great and service was outstanding but a booth? For an upscale restaurant is beyond me. Nothing like asking people to slide over to get out....

Chloe and Molly at the front of house were welcoming and gracious, setting the tone for a wonderful evening right from the start. And a special shout-out to Austin, who assisted our table — his attention to detail and friendly attitude didn't go unnoticed. Every aspect of the evening — food, service, and ambiance — came together perfectly. Gordon Ramsay Steak in Lake Charles is truly a top-tier dining experience and one I would recommend without hesitation.

Incredible. Better than all Ramsey restaurants in Vegas and even the casual family style in London, except for the flagship. Shocked this is in Lake Charles.

The food sucked. I have had better beef and cheaper at Burger King and I could have it my way. I paid $85 for a piece of aged cow poop because I would not call it a steak. The fingerling was really good. The Brussel sprouts was not the best, but ok. The service was awesome. The atmosphere was really great. Did not check out the restrooms figured it cost too much lol. Probably the best steak I've ever had in my life. I mean there was nothing left on the plate. The bacon appetizer,amazing. The asparagus? Unfortunately probably the worst I've had in my life. The sauce, I forget the name, was just horrible for me. Key lime pie dessert? Amazing. Espresso martinis? Amazing.

I will be back for more. Tried a little of everything and will be back to try more of the menu.
