The food was good. The service was good. Unfortunately, didn't have a bartender this night. The server stepped it up and she did what she could. I commend her for taking on the extra workload.
The Winchester memorabilia is amazing. It was one of the best collections I have ever seen.

Found this cozy and quaint bbq joint in the sleepy part of Lake Charles after a day of casino hopping. Super moist bourbon smoked chicken and ribs. NOT overly smoked or bitter, but well balanced. For sides, traditional potato salad vs. loaded baked potato salad - get both. Ask for the dessert of the day, it will leave you nostalgic. A refreshing delight in the sea of SW Louisiana local restaurant fare. Can't wait to come back and try the different smoked sausages and brisket....
