I would like to say that today I had one of the best experiences I have EVER HAD at ANY MCDONALDS I have ever ordered from.On 3/29/24 at 9:44am I arrived to the drive through to pick up a mobile order located at 1603Sampson St. Westlake, Louisiana 70669, As I waited to be serviced the young lady that came across the loudspeaker caught me by surprise (in a good way ), her voice was so clear, her tone was so comforting and her Mannerisms and words were so impressive, I HAD TO ASK HER NAME!!!This young ladys name was Jamia (I hope I spelled her name right) she was just as Pleasant in person as she was behind the speaker. This young lady is a GEM! She has the whole package when it comes to Professionalism and Customer Service. (I been doing this for 30yrs, | Know) Jamia deserves attention and recognition for what she brings to the JOB. She is a prime example of what this WORLD NEEDS !! Kindness, Compassion, Professionalism, Patience and above all, a SMILE that you can see and hear through the Speaker !!I hope that the Management and Co-works of this establishment see and understand what they have and Nurture her to become the BESTVersion of herself!!! I know Jamia will go far in life and I hope that one day I will be able to hear, if not see her wonderful achievement that life has to offer her.Thank you Jamia for Starting my Day off on a great note !!!

Very bad customer service. Took almost 20 for my order on January 20 th around 920 pm.Big Mac had mayo instead of big Mac sauce. Fries were cold. Employees never mentioned they were out of sauce, pickles, and onion. Pretty SAD WHEN THEY CAN'T APOLOGIZE FOR BAD SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY..

One of the cleanest McDonalds's we have been to while traveling. Ordered two coffees and two sausage burritos and service was very fast. Manager and employees were attentive, welcoming and friendly. thank you

This was the first time in a long time. That they actually got my order completely right? And had everything that I had order in my bag. The food was freshly cooked, not cold like usual. But once again, customer service really needs some working on. Because the people in the drive through majority of the time are not friendly, they do not greet you, and they do not make Eye contact.
