Pincher's Crawfish & Daiquiris

We tried this place since we read that it was locally owned and we like to patronize those places when we travel. The bartender was great! She was friendly and made our drinks fast and the Jack & Coke was perfect! The food was good for my husband and his brother, but not so good for me. They ordered the shrimp baskets and they were not stingy with the shrimp. When asked about cocktail sauce for the shrimp they were told there would be a charge. I could see a charge if they were ordering extra, but they were given none with the order. Who serves shrimp without contain sauce? My wings were less than desirable. It’s like they were put in the fryer and forgotten about. If you go, take your own cocktail sauce or be prepared to pay, let them know you don’t want jerky wings, and tip the bartender who serves this and has no control but still serves a great drink!

Crawfish and shrimp was AMAZING every crawfish peeled perfectly the seasoning was spot on and the custom salted caramel daiquiri was on point 5stars 2 thumbs & a attaboy ?

Crawfish and shrimp were large, crab was good as well. When back in town, we would eat here again.

Anthony Bertrand and his staff have a new Westlake staple. The wait staff is friendly and on point. The food is excellent and the atmosphere comfortable. I love this place.

Great quality crawfish!!! Right amount of spice!! Both the boudin and crawfish egg rolls are great! Looking forward to being able to eat here again!

I arrived here at 8:12, I was the only car in the drive thru & the young lady didn’t come take my order till 8:22. I was then told to pull forward as two other cars pulled up behind me. After about 15 minutes the car that pulled up AFTER me got their crawfish. I have never went through any drive thru where they take over 30 minutes just to get 3lbs of crawfish! I didn’t get my bag of crawfish till 8:55!!(picture & timestamp for reference)Whewww, I was so upset omg!?BUT, long story short, the crawfish were very good! the crawfish sauce dips are very small though, like 2oz. The corn and potatoes were good too, & nicely seasoned!??I’m unsure of the price per pound, but I spent $43 total for my order. (pictured below) ?

They have amazing drinks! but But every time I go to drive through I sit forever and eventually have to call. Today in particular I've been waiting 5 minutes and called twice with no answer. They are friendly and the drinks are great though. I wanted a drink here but many times I've had to go somewhere up the road bc it's very hard to get service in the drive through

Great local pizza joint, pizza is good so is cheese bread. Can't wait till crawfish season... Crawfish season has arrived and it was worth the wait, great size throughout each platter, just juicy enough to run down you arm a little and the seasoning was on point!!!

I made an online order and came to pick it up. Staff are very friendly. Looks like a positive atmosphere in the room (National Championship game was on). Print and I time service food was excellent. You’ll enjoy it here. Could easily feed 2-3 people with 1 pizza. Depending on appetite of course.
