The food was amazing and the service was top notch the best I've ever had at any place. The manger Xabian greeted me and helped me with my service which made it honestly the best experience. I highly recommend my friends and family to go to this location better.

I went through the drive thru. Multiple times I had to repeat my order and the woman on the speaker was very quiet and I could barely understand her. When she read my order back to me I confirmed it as it sounded like a 3pc blackened tender woth mashed potatoes and blackened ranch. I felt the need ti peel in the bag before I left and the sauce was wrong, I got buttermilk ranch instead honest mistake. Now giving the benefit of the doubt, I dont check anything else. I get home and I have 3 spicy fried chicken tenders... I dont have the energy nor go back up there to correct the mistake nor should I have to. Popeyes used to be wonderful and quick now it seems lazy and uncredited for by workers. The workers that helped me when I went back in deserve a raise, very respectful and kind.

This Popeyes is FILTHY AND OLD....the manager kept going outside..when they were SO Busy. The glass door that she kept going in and out of was pure grease so dirty! My chicken stripss were COLD, DRY AND TOUGH..the rice was old and tough. !!! I think the team is trying..but they need more training and PLEASE REMODEL THE PLACE..NORMALLY I TAKE PICTURES..BUT I WAS TOO UPSET..

They always disregard the orders on the Popeyes app that already have been paid in full. I was told they don't fill the order until you arrive at the store and check in. That's ridiculous.
