Misleading picture for this particular restaurant(stock photo). The chicken has shrunk. You either have to wait for it 10-15 minutes or you get what has been left out under the lamps. Hit and miss on if they have apple pies. Ibused to love this place. But the last 5 visits, would be too long to write up. Short story... The quality of the food has gone down and when that happens so does the service.

I don't know what's going on with this place. It used to have really excellent customer service. And the food was always on point but here lately my order has been not correct, and when I call them out on it they agree to correct it but still get the order wrong again and again and majority of the time the meat is not cooked all the way so I have to send it back. I just wished that the service and food were as good as it used to be.
Every time we come to this Popeyes we regret it. They forget an order of fries, they don’t put any of the sauce, or you ask them to drop naked tenders 15 minutes before you arrive and they say they will happily do so but they don’t and you are waiting an extra 15 minutes for them (that’s happened now 3 separate occasions) very disappointing

Popeyes has changed their batter and I personally don't care for it. I definitely prefer the old batter it was so much better. It was more crunchy and the flavor was better. I will continue to eat at Popeyes but I do wish they would bring back the original batter. I eat there every Sunday for lunch and will continue.

The ice machine has no ice, I ordered sweet tea and their was none in the lobby, the bathroom had no hand soap and the water didn’t even work, on top of the fact it was hot as hell. (**But I’m their Defense because I know it’s not their fault**) there is only two people working, they’re slammed busy and them two employees both him and her were very nice. Had a good attitude and are doing their best. It’s not their fault that other employees don’t know how to come to work.
