Didn't Get my order right, directly in the drive through. Repeated myself several times and it was still wrong. And what I did get was barely able to be called food. One of if not the worst Sonic I've ever been to

When I finished my drink, I dumped out the ice and there was a M&M at the bottom of the cup. That means the workers either didn't look into the cup before preparing my drink, prepared my drink and didn't care there was a M&M at the bottom, or reused a cup to prepare my drink. Either way disgusting. It's sad that you can barely trust going to a fast food restaurant bc the workers really don't care about true customer service. Maybe if the pay rate was reasonable so they can live normal comfortable lives, they may provide better customer service. Because we all know the saying is "Treat others the same way you want to be treated." and here it is the workers probably feel real low, sad, & struggling at these fast food restaurants where they decide to provide customer service accordingly. It's a chain reaction. Either way, poor customer service, poor attitudes will cause the store to run down. Pay more maybe their behaviors will change for the better.

I called in order. They list it. I ordered it four different times at store and they continued to cut me off. Poor poor poor customer service. Will not return. They LOST

Arrived at drive through. Window down rain falling in, I wait..wait..wait.. 2 - 3 min nothing. Rolled widow up pulled forward to see if they were open. Yep, open not paying any attention. Pull to a stall further down, push red button. Waiting.... I was the only customer! Finally, placed my order. Rolled window back up and dried my car from all the rain that fell in. Waited and waited.
After receiving my order I had to order 2 more corndogs. The young girl said I got it, I will get it for you. No need to place another order. I thought that was very sweet. I waited again. After I saw other cars that had arrived and drove off I pushed the red button to find out if I was forgotten. A young man answered and I inquired about my order through the car hop that delivered my previous order. I was told to hold please. Note.... my previous order was getting cold! He came back on and said they were almost done, she was waiting on "Fresh" corndorgs. I replied I was short on time! A different carhop immediately came to my vehicle with my corndogs. To my surprise the total was $4.18? I asked why the sign said HAPPY HOUR CORNDOGS $.99. Her reply, "that is between 2 and 4". The time was after 2 and way before 4. Ummmmm....... was her reply.
Beware of overcharging! Tips are being added to the orders!
Good reviews don't spread as fast as bad reviews. I had to replace my previous review in lue of this instance. Highly upset and over a few dollars! The principle of the matter is restaurant etiquette.

I asked for a medium shake and they gave me a small. When I got the large tots they gave me a large one with little on the tots in it. It takes them forever to bring out the food.

ordered my food and took them 30 mins to bring it out to me. before bringing my food out, i rang back in which took another 10 mins for them to pick up. not busy at all. finally brought out my order and it was cold. everytime i’ve been to this sonic, the service was careless, and unprofessional. I was extremely disappointed in how the service was the last few times i’ve been to this location.

When I arrived I already knew that Cash App was down and assumed that I was going to run into issues. Turns out my assumptions were completely wrong. The waitress was able to take my phone with her and enter my card manually and Voila!!! Also, I told her to make sure and add money to the total for her tip but she said they were not allowed to do that. She still gave me a huge smile and was so very kind, She made feel like not leaving her a tip wasn't a huge disappointment but I know that she would've rathered gratitude in the form of cash instead of words. I will return another day and leave her a large tip for being a good human being. Thanks guys for always providing wonderful service!

We should have checked our food when we left. They didn't give us all of our food and when we called to get it fixed they lied and said they didn't charge us but clearly did. Wouldn't be a big deal if they owned up to it and gave us the credit for the missing food but will be contacting corporate
Ordered 2 unsweetened teas. No one was waiting. No one came to the window. We left without our order.
