Don't be fooled by their small building, because they are big on taste. If you want a poboy that is just like Darrell's, but don't want to have to wait an hour to get it, this is the place. I especially like the Throwback Special and their Grilled Shrimp poboy. When I want Mexican, I order their smothered burrito with queso. Throwbacks never disappoints.
I mostly eat the throwback special. I don't mind paying over 10 dollars for the sandwich, but I feel like I'm not getting my moneys worth with the price taking in account the portion size of the fries. I hope they fix this.
I love their Brisket Poboy but since management changed it hasn't been the same. But their variety of menu items & daily specials keeps them on my food options list😉
