The night / every early morning staff on the weekends, Miss D, Miss S, and a young man were working there this morning and they were not only kind to myself but also the other people in the establishment. They literally have to have their phones ringer off. I called at least 50 times at 530am to place an order. Or either they all sleep cause they not that busy on a Tuesday morning. Thats so unprofessional

Ordered butter, they only put one to go with grits and waffle. Ordered grape jelly , they gave strawberry. Ordered the 2 egg breakfast and they only gave me 1 egg. Cannot call because it’s a recording then hangs up on you.

We love the Waffle House in West Lake Louisiana…We have been going there every Saturday most of the time since it opened… Bryon and the team there make use feel so special and we have never got a bad meal there so far.. we love yah.

The food was good. Didn't realize the prices had went up so much. The server brought out my daughter's pancakes then after they were cold she brought out the bacon not even cooked how she asked . The food shouldn't come to the table in shifts.

Steak perfectly cooked and melted in mouth. The grits were buttery and not dry at all. The hash brown's were cooked soft on the inside and crispy not burnt on the outside. Toast was golden and buttery and the service was so good
We’re here on a lil getaway, woke up hungry . Staying at the mulberry hotel, decided let’s get Waffle House . Laishia and Dee greeted us with warm smiles and great hospitality. Food was cooked to perfection, coffee made fresh . I’ll guarantee when we’re back this way we’ll definitely be back . Keep up the amazing work ladies

I want to keep this to myself but I have to share! WestLake Waffle House #2471 is the one to be on the map. The service was hands down the absolute best in town. Best team award goes to Dee and Kristi on grill and Kayla and Tammy was our servers. The customer service was spot on and the food was the best ever. Dee made them pork chops season on both sides to pure perfection, Kristi made my sausage, egg and cheese melt in mouth pattymelt and Tammy and Kayla was the cherry on top for service with going the extra mile, above and beyond to make sure we were very well taken care of. Excellent food and even better service! 10/10 recommend. This was the A team with the skills to back it up. Absolute pleasure ladies! Hope this reaches the team so they will know to keep up the great work! Well worth the travel and telling all my family and friends to drop in!

Place was clean, it wasn't rowdy or anything. Staff weren't rude but weren't overly friendly either... The meal was prepared and handed over in a timely fashion- be advised that they will charge you 20 percent as a surcharge for ordering out. I feel that's outrageous... There's also a .50 per egg surcharge... Being punished for ordering out is insane... I haven't ate at wafflehouse in a few years- and this will be the cause of me not eating there anymore. Being charged 6 dollars for them to bag up food when there will be no dishes to wash is insane.
