Went to waffle house at 10:40am, waitress comes over, who ask if we're ready. We seen that it was busy with people clearing out so we said we would wait to order food but asked if we could order drinks. Waitress said yes, so we ordered 2 oj's. Around 11:00, we left. We were never acknowledged again and didn't receive our drinks.

The staff was disrespectful talking about their home life and ignoring customers while providing substandard service. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. This experience has made me not want to return to this particular waffle house.

Waffle House is always great everywhere with the same quality food
Visit this location on 8/21/24 and I was short a grit, egg, bacon bowl. Ask for a refund and they said that they would leave my name for their manager or I can come back and get it the next morning. While I showed up 8/22/24 to place a new order and pick up the breakfast bowl and the staff that was there this morning didn't know anything about it. It was a back and forth with them looking up receipts asking me what time I came and how much etc., and just like yesterday I can't spend 20 minutes need to get my food and go. We'll I order an All Star Breakfast paid for it, but they prepare a grit bowl instead. The cashier admitted to the order, but the cook got confused I guess at listening to us discuss me been short a grit bowl from yesterday and premature started making the breakfast bowl thinking that's what I wanted. So I am still in the hole for a breakfast grit bowl and the difference between the grit and All Star Breakfast cost.

The food was great but the service was terrible. This is the second time I came where the restaurant was not busy but the waitresses and waiters were preoccupied. Preoccupied with side work, with visiting with one another but not busy with taking care of the customers.
Vegetarian options: There will always be a hash brown that can be topped off with a vegetable.
Was no wait time, food was delicious! Best biscuit and gravy I've ever had from a waffle house, everything was cooked to perfection ? ? . Server was great and the cook! Will come back again!

Walked in there were two empty booths with table filled with empty plates. Tall bar had area filled with empty plates. We waited about 7 minutes before asking for the tables and/or bar to be cleared. Male staff member stated “We are trying”. Short bar area was being used for “to go orders”. We waited an additional 2 minutes for the booths/bar but to no avail. We left. It’s one thing to be busy, it’s another to be disregarded.

The waitress named Natalee was spectacular at her job She was kind, attentive,and took great care of my family. We will be back just because of her. She deserves a raise.
