I got my box yesterday and was surprised just how much I received. I can't wait to try all the boudin. I had some green onion smoked sausage it was delicious. I'm more than pleased and very happy I found a place where I can get good Cajun food to me

I first experienced the taste of LeBlanc’s Boudin in 2018, and have been hooked ever since! I live in Texas and made a trip (flew) to Louisiana and then drove to St. Amant for this delicacy! A trip well worth it! I met the lovely and oh so friendly ownersmakers of this Boudin. And let me tell you, this boudin is made with love; you can taste it.
