I've come here for lunch on many occasions recently due to family issues, work, etc and I must say this is the best McDonald's on the westbank in terms of food. I order the same thing Everytime and it's always hot/fresh. The gentleman that took my order was very polite and talked to me at the window. He made the experience all the more better.
Sometimes the food is good and other times hard to eat like it's over cooked... Must be the different staff... Also the customer service is different in the day and night depending on who's at the window...
I go here every morning before i bring my granddaughter to school the hash browns are either soggy cause there not cooked all the way or greasy as heck. Sometimes i encounter rude ppl working but now i order the big breakfast with hotcakes cause everything is cooked really well for me n my granddaughter to split. So if they start not cooking that all the way well im gonna have to cut out mcdonalds and send all my buisness elsewhere.
