This was the greasiest flattest most gross pizza we’ve ever experienced 🤮 ‼️‼️ The kids were so disappointed. The dough was old crust was discolored nothing about the pizza was fluffy nor crispy it was soggy saggy and greasy‼️ The first the worst and probably the last order I’ll make from that particular Pizza Hut on the West Bank….

Worker on their personal phone almost the whole time, dropped my wings, the other set of wings were in a greasy soup, both pizzas were overcooked/dry and forgot to give us our cinnamon rolls which we paid for. Used to get from this spot all the time but quality got thrown out the window.

I ordered a pizza melt. It was horrible. It was dry with no melted cheese on it. No sauce in it or cheese. It tastes like a hard piece of cardboard, and I threw it away after one bite. The manager refused to take it back and make something else! $16 for two. Never again why I order Pizza Hut in

I've been to Westwego Pizza Hut several times despite the reviews BUT, today Westwego got me, what a terrible Pizza and not what I ordered. Well, I'm never stopping there again.

My order was not prepared correctly and the pasta was dried out and the naked wings were bland. The breadsticks, however, were delicious.
I ordered 60 bucks worth of food. I verified the order and placed a delivery order. Upon receiving the order I found out that they had given me boneless wings instead of the traditional ones. I tried to call the store but no one answered. I was on hold for over 2 hours. I then recalled the store number to act as tho I was placing a new order...of course I get someone on the phone ASAP. I dont paying a ridiculous amount of money for the pizza....but for everything us customers are willing to accept or put up with...one would think the store could take the time to make sure that the order is correct. Because I know they were not busy answering the phone lol

The Closing employee was very rude. I do Uber eats and cannot control the time orders are sent to me. He went out of his way to be rude and say they close at 11, which I did not know because I am not employed there. You guys should hire your own drivers if your going to be rude like

On 01/26/2024 I waited almost an hour for 2 one topping pizzas and boneless wings. I didn't realize that the pizzas and wings was over cooked. The pizza was horrible and crispy and the wings was rubbery. If I wasn't in a rush to get home, I would've noticed it before I left Pizza Hut in Westwego Louisiana. I dislike buying fast food and my food doesn't be right and the quality of it isn't good at all. I will not be going back to that Pizza Hut ever again because that's the second time my food was horrible and I will not give it a chance to be a third time to give me more horrible food. Pizza Hut has me not wanting pizza at all, ever again and I mean no type of pizza from anywhere. And this is coming from someone (me) who love pizza. The quality of my food was really horrible and the wait time for my food was really horrible.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. My ordered never got delivered. When I called and stated I didn’t get my delivery the lady stated they’re closed and I have to call door dash for my refund. The lady that answer the phone at Pizza Hut stated they don’t have any drivers. Food is delivered by door dash. I called door dash they stated I have to call Pizza Hut. I’m so disappointed and I will never order here again. I tried to call back the next day to explain to Pizza Hut what happen with my order. I was always on hold when I call.
