Cool place to have good ribs and chicken. We had the ribs combo with macncheese, coleslaw and dirty rice. They have a cozy place to eat or you can take out, park places right in front. This place is a hidden gem in New Orleans. Must visit family owned place. Thanks for having us!

This used to be my go-to place several times a week for lunches and dinners. Unfortunately, I can't place orders over the phone and pay when I pick up anymore. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely a decline in service. Today I was notified that the red beans and rice dinner only comes with 1 side now. The quantity of food has been reduced, and the price seems to have gone up $2 (I think it 'was' $10.99/plate and now $12.99). Also, people should have a choice of bread. I am forced toast, and if I want cornbread I have to either select it as my side, or pay extra. Prices go up, and quantity and service goes down. I used to spend around $250 +/- each month. Now I'll probably find a new place to frequent. I'm sad that I have to give my loyal business to another place, but that's their doing. ?
Ribmaster management reached out and seemed to take my concerns seriously. The price didn't go up, but the quantity of food did go down. I'd probably prefer to pay a little more to get the same amount of food vs paying the same thing and getting less (1 side instead of 2). And I also explained when people want cornbread with their red beans, they aren't likely to eat the toast too. No one needs all that bread, and cornbread with red beans is a staple of New Orleans. Give your customers a choice of bread, and if they choose the cornbread, save the toast for another customer. I explained all of this and management seemed to agree with most of my concerns. We'll see if changes will be made... Because the management reached out, it shows they do value my business. I will return again and hope for a better experience. I will make another edit if anything changes for the better or worse.

Ribmaster is such a gem of excellent bar b que! I originally went to try the stuffed bell pepper but was hooked by the cabbage! Everything seasoned well and the customer service is upper echelon! From walking forgotten items right to our car to making sure we understood the menu! Go check them out!
