Took forever to get food while i waited , 2 drive through customers came in to bring theirnfood back because their tacos were made very so sloppy, my order was wrong, my chisken crisp burrito with a side of nacho fries came as a chicken crisp burrito with nacho fries inside of it lol

The service sucks! For almost 7 minutes without being greeted they were definitely open because the car fought me already gotten their food, but I promise you this. I will never come back there again every time I have been to this location it’s always something

Between the hours of 7:13pm and 7:51pm

They refused to make her food and they lied to us telling us someone else picked up the food and that wasn’t true. Uber did not pay me for that order and the time I was there because the client had to cancel. The customer told me to wait there while she was on the phone with Uber trying to make sure that I didn’t get penalized for canceling the order and that she didn’t have to pay for the order since they said that someone stole her order. That is definitely not on me. Also, it is not on the customer because when I tried to go through the verification process of giving them the number to the order the name and the last initial they said that that order was already picked up by somebody else and I know it wasn’t because before I dropped off my first order I accepted her order so I was the only person that could have to pick it up. It simply comes down to their refuse to make her order because they were in their horse playing around and you can definitely go in their system and check the cameras to see what they were doing between the hours of 7 PM and 8 PM. Also, as I was sitting in the parking lot talking to the customer on the phone, they all came outside the whole staff watching me as I parked far away from the entrance to the building, and the manager sat down and started smoking a cigarette he came, I saw no name tags but I know he was heavy set, with dread locks, came outside three times to smoke a cigarette and watch me so I took a picture of the last time they came out all of them. I told the customer I felt uncomfortable and that it may not be a safe environment for me to wait there so she text me back and told me to leave. I lost out on being paid the wages of $19.50 for the 45 mins that I invested between two orders and Miss Ashley C being the second order I did not get paid or accommodated. The entire night shift should be fired, not one had enough since to check their screen to make sure it was the right order because the customer said on her screen it said her order was not completed yet. So with that being said, how could the order be picked up by someone else if the order wasn’t made yet and I’m the only carrier on the order. Uber will tell you if you take too long or have a delay in picking up the order they will give it to someone else that never took place because as soon as I dropped off one order, I immediately pursued her order which was approximately seven minutes away from my last drop off. They are a bunch of liars. They are extremely lazy every time I come here if it’s the same thing, I will always complain until they get people who actually care about their job and I will also be contacting your corporate office for the inconvenience to me as well as to my customers!!!!!! I promise you I will be heard!!!!!

I've experienced long waits here and was even flagged away from the drive through. The malfunctioning kiosk machines won't send receipts you need for your checking account .

This is the third time I’ve had missing items. Or items made completely wrong.

How do you forget items I’m sorry the screen is RIGHT THERE!!

This location has gone down hill. Never ordering from here again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Mexican pizza had no meat just beans and not even spread out… just in the center?

I paid for extra stuff to be added and nothing was added.

People who work drive thru are disrespectful and act in an intimidating manner. They tell you to wait to drive up to the next windows. Then they yell at you when you check the contents of your order (when they short you one taco and all of your sauces) yell at you to move forward. Food substandard did not wrap any of the tacos. Avoid this one and go to Manhattan blvd to order.

every time i order from this location im alway missing food that i order and its just dissapointing. Of all the things a human can do i just dont understand whats so hard about makeing sure an item of food makes it into a paper bag. i just dont understand.
