People who work drive thru are disrespectful and act in an intimidating manner. They tell you to wait to drive up to the next windows. Then they yell at you when you check the contents of your order (when they short you one taco and all of your sauces) yell at you to move forward. Food substandard did not wrap any of the tacos. Avoid this one and go to Manhattan blvd to order.

every time i order from this location im alway missing food that i order and its just dissapointing. Of all the things a human can do i just dont understand whats so hard about makeing sure an item of food makes it into a paper bag. i just dont understand.

15 minutes waiting for order not one single napkin or sauce which I asked for twice, had to walk back in to get myself
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, we’ve waited for 40 minutes to get 3 boxes at first they couldn’t pull up our order for some reason and then 25 minutes later after confronting them about the situation they ask what was the name of the order for 25 minutes they didn’t even know what the hell the order or what name it was under (We had ordered on the app). They have people on lunch break waiting to get their food for 30 minutes and it just seems as if they are only taking care of the people in the Drive-Thru. The renovation has done nothing for this Taco Bell they need to renovate new workers. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS TERRIBLE. If you want to go to Taco Bell I don’t recommend this one at all please go to the Lapalco location or any other Taco Bell in the U.S just not this one in Westwego Louisiana. (Edit: The last few times I have been to this location it has been amazing I’m not sure what happened but this location has been great, food comes out hot and fast and no mistakes at all and the employees recently have been very nice and caring! I have to give credit when credit is due this location has been sooooo much better

Since they reopened as a stand alone Taco Bell, the food and service has been absolutely phenomenal compared to what it used to be. The staff is so friendly that I couldn’t even be mad that they didn’t have my cheesy potatoes the night I went. They offered me another option at no extra charge. Please continue to praise the people for the great job that they are doing.
