My food wasn’t hot and my chicken looks awful. They are overcooked and have hardly any flavor. This isn’t my first time going there and usually it’s great.

Food cold and nasty I ordered honey hot rub and what they gave me wasn’t that & I had that flavor plenty of times at other location. What they gave me the wings were very wet I also requested well done for my wings & fries and I didn’t get that. Everything was so cold not fresh at all. This will be my first and last time visiting this location . A waste of $20 on this meal.

I order from DoorDash last night and when I tell you so good and I’m from Baton Rouge the wing stop I usually go too was dry and crunchy. All this time I thought that’s how it was supposed to be made but I order out here it wasn’t dry at all it was just right, had me going back to my original Wingstop letting them know I been bamboozled by them smh.

I went in to go pick up my online order. When I got there they ask me what's my name and I told her she said oh I just gave your food away. I had to wait 38 more minutes to get cold wings and half done. Fries I would like a refund and the cashier who gave my food away wouldn't give me my receipt. I guess she didn't want me to find out her name. I was so disappointed tonight. This my second time here and im never coming back

I waited 1hour waiting on my food because the lady said it wasn’t ready yet I waited in my car got out to go back to see if the food was ready she said she gave me the food I never received then said oppps my bad I gave to to the other woman so I had to wait again and once I received my food it was horrible nasty cold I’ll never eat here again nasty !!!!!!!! Everrrr !!!!!!

Kind of a shame how quickly this place has gone down hill since its only been open less than a year. Buffalo wings are always dry with hardly any sauce, and any dry rub wings are fried to all hell and hard to chew. Got wings yesterday and they forgot part of my order. When I went back in, the girl at the front told me it would be a 3 minute wait. I was the only one in the restaurant and the wait still ended up being like 10 minutes because the girl (who I told about the missing side) was in the back fighting with another girl about how neither of them do their job. Another guy came up and asked what I ordered and he ended up fixing the mistake. They need to get it together

Horrible service!!!!! I’ve been trying to call this store atleast twice to notify them I’m missing a piece of my order to only sit on the phone for more than 30 mins I advise you guys never use this location needs to be removed service is horrible and I might as well chuck it as a loss because it’s no way it should take up to 39 mins to just get service over the phone NEVER AGAIN!!!! Everything in westwego at this point is just trash service !!!

this is the worst wingstop location i’ve ever been to. i was just in there 5 minutes ago and some big lightskin girl almost knocked a lady out with the employees only door before slamming it and stomping out of the store without saying a word to her. the other employees just talked under their breath about her without doing/saying anything. every single time we order to go from here something is missing it’s honestly the most frustrating experience just walking in to the establishment. do better literally i hope yall get shut down its horrible
