This is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is SUPER slow, even when there is nobody there. EVERY single time I have been there (and I’ve been quit a few times) they get my order wrong. There’s no friendly greeting. No hey, hi, how are you doing. Nothing. Just hands the food off and closes the window. Y’all need to do a better job at training these folks or get new workers to work there. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Not only is the food not consistent, the service is a bit lacking. 3 out of 5 times (on average) the order will be messed up, or there will be no straws or napkins.
I’m in the drive through line for 24 minutes now with 2 cars in front of me…… then who ever taking orders forgot there was 2 lines so 4 cars went ahead. People are literally leaving. It’s ridiculous. I wanted to be sooooooo mad. But I got to the window and the sweetest girl is there. She was really young and she was trying her best. Even though she made the service suck. She needs a little more training/experience. But my experience was dreadful. Added 26 minutes to my 6 hour road trip.I finished this review and I’m still waiting. Total time in the drive through…….drum rollllllllllllllll 32 minutes

It was hot inside. I was there at 9:30 am and it was probably 80 degrees inside . The floor was wet, from humidity I'm sure. I didn't get my drink cup when I placed my order and then had to wait for my small tea even longer because the cashier went to the drive through window to get it, don't understand why I couldn't just get the cup and get my own tea like the other customers did. I would have loved the tea while waiting for my order, since it was so hot there. Also there was a lot of back and forth talking with the employees. Apparently I'm assuming the lady was the manager was upset with an employee in the back .
