It was hot inside. I was there at 9:30 am and it was probably 80 degrees inside . The floor was wet, from humidity I'm sure. I didn't get my drink cup when I placed my order and then had to wait for my small tea even longer because the cashier went to the drive through window to get it, don't understand why I couldn't just get the cup and get my own tea like the other customers did. It is next to Interstate 20, this extremely crowded at lunch. Two drive through lanes. Staff is nice, just a small Mc Donald's in a high traffic location.Kid-friendliness: Took grandson and we had to wait a good bit of time. Staff was nice
