Amazing food and service!
It’s fantastic! Great patio area!
We try to visit Agave Youngsville a couple times a month and are never disappointed. From their margaritas to their delicious food and fun entertainment, it is always a great night out. Their ground beef dishes are all amazing - seasoned very well and so flavorful.

The food was satisfactory, but the margaritas were notably weak. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly marred by the service provided by our waiter, Michael. It took an excessive 20 minutes for him to serve a draft beer to my friend. Despite requesting waters multiple times, we never received them. Michael also failed to check on our table to see if we needed anything else. This lack of attention would be somewhat understandable if the restaurant was busy, but he was only attending to two other tables. To make matters worse, we observed him vaping in the corner, which was both unappealing and unappetizing for a server. He also avoided making eye contact, which might have been due to nervousness, but overall, the service was unacceptable.

The atmosphere is pretty good. Live bands usually. Just pricey compared to other places.
Came in expecting at least a decent meal as it was our first time here, and they did not deliver. Our server Michael may have been the worst server I’ve ever had, very inattentive and uninformative. First we order our drinks and some queso and the drinks didn’t come out until a while after the queso, which isn’t that big of a deal. We weren’t given a kids meal for our daughter so I had to walk up to the hostess and ask for one because we hardly saw our server. Then we finally ordered and my wife asked for a chicken chimichanga but just wanted it a la carte as she doesn’t like the rice and beans, and we were told that was fine. We got our food, and my daughter’s burger was nothing more than a frozen Sam’s club burger and my wife’s chimichanga was nothing but rice and a few bites of chicken inside.
Then we get the check and realize that we were charged full price for the chimichanga meal even though we asked for it a la carte. When we asked our server about it, he then informs us that they can’t do it a la carte and so they had to charge us for the whole meal. Why was that not communicated to us to begin with? So we just asked for the sides to go and gave our card to pay. When we got the receipt back to sign, we realized that the prices did not match the total that was originally given to us, it was only like a $3 increase which I am sure is for using a card, however that was not mentioned as a charge anywhere on the receipt or menu.
WE WILL NOT BE BACK

Our server was good, but the kitchen didn't seem to get out orders just right. The place looked way to casual with everyone wearing denim shorts. At one point I had to get up from the table to get something for my wife, which should have been handled.
I could go on about what we didn't like. I would offer to come train your employees, but honestly I don't think my wife and I will ever be coming back to this location.

Came for the first time to Agave Restaurant with my family. Everything we had it was done top-notch, and the taste was awesome. This is an American Tex-Mex type restaurant. They pay attention to detail, and I like how everything is customized with the Agave logo, the silverware wrap, the chips basket, the kids' cup drink, etc..

Two stars are only for the alright service even though there was just one waiter working for all the tables so we waited quite a bit for our food, otherwise I would just give 1 star.Food was terrible. Salsa was super cold with even ice chips in there and the taste was really weird. We ordered burrito, the Topshelf Fajita, and ground beef Enchilada. First, the grilled chicken in burrito was only warm and tough, tasted exactly like store-bought premade chicken and then just got heated up. Fajita was just okay, not too horrible but again it was only warm and definitely not worth the price. Ground beef enchilada from the kids menu was way too spicy for a kid, and it got an even stronger flavor than my burrito. We did complain about the food after and the waiter offered to make another order for us to take home. But, boy, the taste from the salsa still lingering in our mouths and we also couldn’t wait for that long again, so we said thank you but no.We are not going back to this restaurant for sure.
