I hired ATF to cater an event, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. I want to begin by saying that I do not take leaving negative reviews lightly—especially for small businesses. I always make every effort to resolve issues privately because I understand how much a bad review can impact a business. However, after multiple attempts to reach out with no response, I feel compelled to share my experience.

Despite waiting over an hour past the agreed-upon pickup time, the food I received did not reflect the $500 I spent. The lobster and catfish were bland and underseasoned, and although the wings were slightly better, they still fell short of expectations. No sauces were provided, and the food arrived in a manner that was far from presentable.

The lack of communication throughout the process was unacceptable and left me scrambling to set up and serve the food to my guests. I have requested a partial refund several times across different platforms but have received no response or acknowledgment.

I truly wish this experience had been different. I wanted to support a local business, but the poor service and quality turned what should have been a celebration into a stressful and embarrassing situation. I sincerely hope ATF takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements moving forward.

Delicious food!

If you’re looking to try something new then you can eat here, but I promise you’ll never come back to this place again. The food isn’t good. I waited 35 mins for cold Mac and cheese that tasted like cardboard box. The chicken wings look stressed tf out, the crawfish been dead for days before it hit that pot and the boiled shrimps be over cooked so it makes it extremely hard to peel. You better bring a fillet knife if you want all your meat off the shrimp. Their fountain drink been down since 2000, but overall they ain’t worth the trip unless you trying to buy a bottled drink. One more thing I wanna say, they have great service but that’s how they trick you into buying that nasty easy bake oven food of theirs.

I ordered the boiled crawfish last night. THEY WERE BOILED TO PERFECTION! So good I’ll probably order again tonight. Clean, not overly seasoned, seasoned in the water not on the outside, medium size and boiled perfectly ( I didn’t have to peel any of them).

Worst customer service ever. Ordered through door dash and they allowed wrong person to pick it up. Door dash refunded with an option to reorder which we did. Scott cancelled the reorder and was too lazy and such a poor manager, he never reached out.Door Dash notified us the cancelled and again reversed the charge so we called ATF. His excuse was he was already out $140 and accused me of being a scammer. He also said dashers always steal food and bring it home and it it. He actually made that stupid comment. He yelled and screamed over me. Very poor management. I really don’t feel bad for him that they allowed the wrong person to pick up so won’t get paid for the food. His fault for having no mechanism to prevent this. He said he is the owner but not sure that is true. If the owner is reading this, consider some customer service training.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is an absolute rip off. My husband ordered boneless wings from here and I think they were chicken-less as well. These were basically chicken cracklins with BBQ sauce. Absolutely horrible, save your money and go literally any where else

It’s a cool restaurant. The prices aren’t all that fair. I ordered the 4 oz lobster roll for over $30 and the roll came with 3 pieces of lobster meat in it. Probably won’t be returning here, I’d pay good money for any meal that matches the quantity with quality.

Found hair in my food and instead of servicing the tables employees were huddled around laughing at loud tik tok videos .

Placed $187 DoorDash order and was cancelled last minute after dasher arrived.

First time going, we were the only ones in the restaurant and it took a good while to get the food, which knowing they focus on fresh ingredients that's to be expected. I got bang bang tacos, they were delicious. I would definitely get those tacos again. My negatives would be that the tables and floor were sticky. The place just looked dirty. Also, the prices I felt were really high. But, my meal was delicious and would try them again.

Our first thought when we walked in was “Wow this is a cool place” it got better from there. Super friendly and helpful with ordering. The food was fresh and delicious. I’d say cooked with Love. We had the Mac attack burger, w/loaded Mac n cheese, The OG burger w/homemade fries: I haven’t had fries this good anywhere else. The burgers were tasty & juicy. We will definitely be back. My son loves the Mac n Cheese

BBQ was 🔥 & so was the ATF punch! & the staff was very nice 😎

Waited what seemed like forever!!!!. While waiting you can hear all of the gossip from the manager to another employee about other employees. And very loud discussions at that. Very unprofessional and not caring who hears.
