CC's Coffee House

Stopped in Saturday morning. The worker who took my order was very rude with condescending attitude when making my order. Instead of saying where to checkout she said your orders down there. Rolled eyes and very rude to other workers. I would not be surprised if the other two ladies were new employees due to poor attitude of one who “acted” in control causing turnover in employees. Didn’t get her name but if the employees on duty that day aren’t afraid of retaliation they will know exactly who the problem employee was.

I stopped in to cc to pick up some coffee and was waited on by the sweetest young lady. She was professional, very efficient at her job. Thank you, fontana for brightening my day. I was greeted with the most beautiful smile. It makes a difference.

Luke warm latte, brought back to have remade, seems like they poured the same coffee into another cup, still not hot. Disappointing. Service here is definitely hit or miss depends on who's working.

I’ll go out of my way to visit this location in particular. The BEST staff and service, Dave is awesome!

The manager has created a safe haven for me in dark days and friendship in lonely times. Doesn’t hurt that the coffee and pastries are served quickly, made with love, and with a smile!! Thank you CC’s for your diligence in staffing good people who care!!

May 25, 2024, 7:26pm, i ordered a Cafe Au lait, the Barista said they are out because they turn off machines 1 hour before closing.
Then She said she can do Americano with steamed half n half. Which was not good at all.
I am still giving 3 stars because of CCs brand & the perfection of other CCs Stores.

Nice place to have your morning coffe if you are staying in the area, came on a family trip to youngsville, my kids had the "Minnisippi" not caffeine in it, and comes in many flavors, with pretzel hotdogs and cheese croissants. Awesome.

Delicious awesomeness. Great service at the drive thru and inside. Community Coffee is Louisiana’s best kept secret. The cinnamon rolls are delicious.

The girls here are the best!! The best coffee shop in all of Lafayette in my opinion! Kay was extremely nice and very friendly and helpful!! Her friendly smile certainly brightens the day!
