Stopped in Saturday morning. The worker who took my order was very rude with condescending attitude when making my order. Instead of saying where to checkout she said your orders down there. Rolled eyes and very rude to other workers. I would not be surprised if the other two ladies were new employees due to poor attitude of one who “acted” in control causing turnover in employees. Didn’t get her name but if the employees on duty that day aren’t afraid of retaliation they will know exactly who the problem employee was.
Today was the Mardi Gras parade in youngsville it was very packed/ crowded. This place gave great service for restrooms and orders. Almost every other building had closed off restrooms expect this one thank God! It was kept very clean as well! They also took orders very quick and efficient for how crowded youngsville was for the parade. Even at the end when everything was over they still had great service by giving us ice for our water. I'd 10/10 recommend visiting this place because I know I'll visit again!

Great place to hang out, inside is warm, and the outside swing is a nice place to chat. Recommend the hot chocolate, it's pricey but filling.

I stopped in to cc to pick up some coffee and was waited on by the sweetest young lady. She was professional, very efficient at her job. Thank you, fontana for brightening my day. I was greeted with the most beautiful smile. It makes a difference.

Luke warm latte, brought back to have remade, seems like they poured the same coffee into another cup, still not hot. Disappointing. Service here is definitely hit or miss depends on who's working.
