Went for lunch and the restaurant was 2/3 empty and we were told we could not sit in a booth because they were reserved for large parties. There are 2 of us and our son wanted to play games and eat. We left and won't be back. There are plenty of other places in Lafayette willing to accommodate.
My husband and I had a day date today, and we don't get them very often. We went to the theatre to watch Deadpool and Wolverine, and then wanted to go eat and play games at Dave and Buster's. When we arrived, had to wait atleast five minutes before the Host even walked up to greet us. Once we sat, we waited another 10-15 minutes, no waiterwaitress walked to our table to take our drink order. Dave and Buster's Lafayette offers a wonderful experience with great food and awesome games. The food is delicious and amazing; the wings are some of the best and the baby back ribs were falling off the bone. The alcohol selection is great. The staff is extremely nice, attentive, and super friendly. Many guests have noted that the food comes out hot, fresh, and delicious. They feature lots of new games and great prizes, and the trade-in area has excellent products. 1/2 priced games on Wednesdays make it an unbeatable deal. Although they don't have Yuengling at the bar, it's a fantastic place for fun and dining. However, some customers have mentioned the service wasn't really good and a waiter wasn't really helpful. Despite this, the overall fun atmosphere and friendly staff make it a place many look forward to returning to.
