The service wasn’t the best! Our server wanted us to pay for our ticket because he was about to get off even though we was wasn’t done, Upon arrival We was greeted by confusion in the front by a group of kids chatting amongst each other and having a conversation about where to sit us. The host was like ok where you want to sit here or here or here. We just picked a spot. Food was subpar at best! The chicken in the chicken nachos was rubbery. Drinks were overpriced we paid over 50 bucks for 2 drinks and nachos! Not worth it at all should’ve followed our first mind and went to topgolf down the road.
Super good time as always! Very similar to the setup at all D and B
Horrible service… took forever to get food and drinks… manager had an actitud.

Absolutely loved our visit to Dave & Buster’s in Lafayette! The food came out hot, fresh, and so delicious—and surprisingly fast, too! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The games were a blast and kept us entertained the entire time. We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!
My husband and I went to Dave and busters in Lafayette 6/19/25 around 6:30p.m . We sat at the bar. We noticed a foul smell, we asked the bar tender what that smell she stated”our pipes are messed up” we said ok. So we noticed a couple that was sitting at the end of the bar was finished with their food and left. We told the waitress that we will sit at the end because we couldn’t take the smell. She said that is fine. So as we moved to the seats, the area was still dirty. We was just stating behind the seats until she wiped the area but she proceeded to continue to make drinks then 3 mins of us standing there she stated, “do you need a rag” I’m looking like ma’am I don’t work here.. that’s was really rude of her. Ok so she cleaned it very poorly so I took some napkins and wiped the area. Then when my food came out which was chicken tenders and fries. I ate 3 of the tenders, I told her I couldn’t eat the other because it was cook all the way, the chicken was like rubber. All she said was oh I’m sorry. I’m like “ok” I was very upset because we go there often and never had this type of service. It will definitely be awhile before returning.
So disappointed. The system is off in the dining room. So much confusion in the drinks and food coming out. We brought friends and I was so embarrassed. We probably won’t be back
Alcoholic drinks are over priced and watered down.
I made a last minute decision to come to this new location while I was visiting Gulfport, MS from Atlanta. I really enjoyed my time here. I didn't eat but had a lot of fun on the games. I got the high score on some of the retro games in the Pac-Man's Pixel Bash machine. If I ever come to Louisiana again, I'll definitely come back here!
Went for lunch and the restaurant was 2/3 empty and we were told we could not sit in a booth because they were reserved for large parties. There are 2 of us and our son wanted to play games and eat. We left and won't be back. There are plenty of other places in Lafayette willing to accommodate.
This place is really awesome and entertaining for kids and adults.

**This is only for the arcade side**
Haven't had food/table service here, so can't comment on that.
This has been a fun place to wander and play on casual dates. ALmost all the games are functioning when we've gone, everything is clean and there is space to move around even when it's busy.
The only good part of the experience was our server doing her best with having three big tables. Food wasnt great one of the party got a dirty cup table was kinda nasty bathroom was gross pretty sure they forgot that we where waiting for a table when one of our party went get a beer at the bar. Host acted like he didnt see one of our family members at the stand for a solid minute this place has given two sub par experiences definitley not going back the wait staff is the only thing there that deserves 5 stars.

Went Saturday at open, didn't eat there. But spent two hours playing games. It's a bit pricey for my budget, and the game credits system is weird... You can get the same amount of game credits for $30+$6 if you choose to "supercharge" your card(the +$6 is supercharged price), that you would get for a base rate of $50, (which is roughly 300 credits...)
Games were fun, though, and the prize room has some really cool stuff. Plenty of "gamble" type games for tickets and a lot of variety of first person shooters, sports, racing, and a few VR games. They even have a dance pad game similar to Dance Dance Revolution.
Spent a little over $200 for 2 hours of entertainment and 4 new cards, one of which was reloaded at some point.
My biggest complaint is the games cost an uneven credit count so like 7.8 or 11.2 and by the end of it, you might have like 6.7 credits left. I wish they would round up or down to the nearest even number so it's not leaving such a weird amount when you no longer have enough credits for the games. Oh and it's very loud even with no people so it's hard to hear people talking to you. (Maybe I'm just getting old lol)

Took forever for our waitress to even address us and get our drink orders. They served us one meal at a time by the time one of us was done eating the other received their food. Large variety of arcade games.

It's a nice place in a great location. The layout is quite a bit different than other D&B's I've been to. In my experience the food was awful, but let's be honest..... who's going there for the food? The staff was very polite and tentative. Would definitely visit again.
