We went 3/19/24 at 9:30pm for a date night and we had a blast! Our waitress Lace was phenomenal and very attentive! We got the blueberry lemonade cocktail and it was really yummy, but would be even better with a little more blueberry! I like a lot of blueberry tho? We got the $75 game card with the $8 power up and played till 11:30 and still have 140 more credits! Overall, our date was very fun and we enjoyed our time!

We refuse to eat here any more because the food service is so ridiculously slow. We've tried twice and each time we sit for 10 minutes while 20 idle wait staff stare at us from the back of the room before coming to take our order. Food is a 3/5. 90% of the games were functional.

Great place to take your family or visit by yourself! Staff is friendly and helpful. The claw machines were almost empty when we went last. We brought it to staff's attention and they were refilled within 5 minutes.

My burger was a little cold my sisters and I came for our birthday today February 23, 2024 my burger is not hot. My fries not fresh and hot. My sister had hair in her food. Now my sister that order the salmon said it is delicious. Our waitress is top notch.Next time they finish with some one meal bring it out and they want get bad reviews.

My husband and I only played games this time around, so I can’t say anything for the food.The games were really fun, though. I love the variety of games and the time you get to play them. There was a lot to do! Of course there were a lot of people, but it was Saturday, so that makes sense. Not so many people to ruin the experience and keep us from enjoying our time, though.The only two things were the front desk area. I can see where it could get bottlenecked. Not a lot of room on either side to get to where you want to go. The girls at the front were a little standoffish too when we went up to ask for help.Also, one of the games did take some of our chips/credits without letting us play our game, so that was annoying since it costs a little more than average to play games.Still, we’ll probably come back. Just maybe on a less busy night.

Won’t be going back. Almost all the tables empty and they tell us they can’t seat anyone. Can’t make a reservation ahead on the app, it won’t let you. The games are already starting to wear down. Extremely rude gamer services guy (Chris I believe). We left to eat. The whole point is to keep people in the place to spend money on food, drinks, and games and they won’t let us order food. Would think they would have their kinks figured out by now but it’s too expensive to have terrible service.

All tables were booked, so we sat at the bar. Bartender Elizabeth was only worried about the 5-6 people in front of her. Ordered the pretzel dogs, came out almost still frozen, sent them back and waited another hour to get fresh ones. During our long wait trying to get Elizabeth's attention we waited about an hour in total for 2 drinks each 4 total. The bar was not full or overcrowded, just did not seem to be a priority or even a customer. Also was presented a check eveyttime we tried to order, weather it was the first drinks, check, appetizer, another check, 2nd round of drinks, check.

Went on a Tuesday night. It wasn't crowded,which was great. A couple of games weren't online to use but still had a nice selection. Have been twice since they have opened and will be back. Have not tried the food or seinks at this location yet but will be back.
