Great American Cookies

Very sad. Me and my boyfriend came to visit. Our first time, and it wasn’t a good experience at all. We walked in waited like 5 mins. There was three employees, one was working by her self, the other two were playing by the garbage can outside. They had maybe 3 people in front of us, but we did not receive , any how can we help you. Nothing. We were planing on trying the slab ice cream because we have never had it before but i decided to tell my man it’s definitely was not worth my 10$ for a scoop, and with our experience it was a no. But I will say even tho we spent 5 mins waiting, we know now we will not be coming back.

Truly disappointed it wasn’t what I wanted and I already paid for it ! And the lady was not willing to satisfy or even compromise with me was told basically I have to pay for another cake 😔 I was totally stressed cause it was for an occasion and I know our guess wasn't going to enjoy it. truly disappointed and will not be returning to the youngsville location

This store straight up makes the best decorated cookie cakes in all of Lafayette parish. Always exceptional, and their service!

Went in 40 minutes before closing. I feel like that is not too bad. 3 workers not one of them spoke to me for at least 2 minutes after walking in. Not hello nothing. I’m guessing the two workers in the front were discussing on who was going to help me. Finally ask me what I want. I tell them my order very simple cup of ice cream with sprinkles on top I was being mindful because I know it was late so instead of getting sprinkles mixed in and getting the counter dirty I just asked for them on top with a chocolate chip cookie. Got my ice cream handed to me no sprinkles. Mind you my ice cream cup was over stuffed to the top i would not be able to put a lid on top. I then asked for sprinkles again. This time I wanted it mixed in due to the ice cream being too full and messy. I was handed my ice cream with ice cream all outside of the cup it was a mess. This is the only bad experience I’ve had here.

The Youngsville, la location made my daughter's cookies cake. She wanted turtles and boy did they deliver! I had originally tried to order the cake online. But couldn't see anything that had turtles. So I called the Youngsville location and the little guy that I talked to said "Yes, no problem. You just want turtles all over it. And what color writing" when I picked this cake up, and there were literally turtles all over it. I thought it was the funniest and greatest thing ever. She absolutely loved it and so did all the other kids at her party, so thank you.

This has to the worst experience I have had ordering a cookie cake. I placed my order two days before it was needed. When I arrived at my pickup time, I was told then they had a mix up with the orders, and my cake was still in the oven, and wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes and then it needs to cool and then be decorated. So, I leave, I call the store when I get home and ask them to call me when it's ready. My pickup time was 12pm. At 3pm I finally received a call and the person on the phone says I'm sorry we forgot to call you, but your order is ready. So many issues, first, as soon as you knew my order was not going to be ready on time, I should have received a phone call. Then, now that my order is late, you could not even be bothered to call and let me know exactly when my order was ready. Thanks to the very poor service and horrible corrective actions, my wife's surprise was ruined by the delay. Going to have to think about whether I should order from here again.

Boo ordered a cake during the week through the app for my sons birthday to be ready today at 11 am we went around 1 pm to pick it up and it was not even made, said they didn’t see the order since it was done online. Why is that an option then if y’all aren’t checking it¿? So my son had no bday cake and now I can’t get in touch with the manager to try and make them aware because the staff in the building were no help ☹️

Ordered a delivery order from this location and my items were not secured properly for delivery which resulted in me having to throw them out it’s a rule and in ASAP guidelines that they are supposed to be and it’s horrible that they couldn’t take two seconds and put stickers over my box before giving it to somebody else to deliver

Busy place. Good workers. They took good care of us. I am not a big fan of ice cream, this is where we stop all the time.

Ordered the slice of cookie cake. Something was off about it. It taste like it has been sitting there for a few days. Definitely was not fresh. I order this often. This was the first time it tasted like this.

Thoroughly impressed with how good this cake came out! The girl taking the order was very nice and helpful and we are ecstatic at how great it looks!

We ordered our cake online and received a confirmation email, but unfortunately when my husband arrived to pickup at the time we had selected, they did not have our order. Mistakes happen and computer systems are not perfect. The team quickly got our cake made, and it looked perfect. You would never know they made it “in a hurry” and it tasted delicious as always! My little girl loved her colorful cake!
