we had placed an order on the app for a pizza, pasta and a combo with a pan pizza and wings. we waited in our car until it got closer to the order’s ready time. went in and they told us they canceled our order because they ran out of wings. they didn't call, email us or try to substitute the item. they told us we would have to replace our order and we would have to wait the same amount of time again.
Pizza isn’t even cooked. Crust is different. Don’t waste your money .
Honestly worst pizza restaurant of all time. First off deep dish it's never cooked all the way at this location. Every time I get bites of raw dough.
2nd i ordered delivery recently. It never showed. When I called they said they gave it to door dash. Never received it as it was stolen by door dash. I sent my son 3 hours after firt order to have food picked up. That worked.
When asked for a refund they denied me. And still gave tip and delivery fee to door dash.
I hate to say it but the pizza hut is pizza dead.
The pasta was hot and ready. I enjoyed it.
Never received the food. Assigned to 5 DoorDash drivers. After hour and a half, they canceled my order. Horrible experience. You get ZERO stars. Associate didn’t understand how to even do a full $ refund. Smh.

After placing an online order last night I received confirmation email and a text saying what time my order would arrive. Over an hour later and 38mins after it should have arrived I click on the text link to “track my order”which said my order was cancelled but then when on their website it showed it was being made. I tried calling the location and stayed on hold for so long that my son decided to drive there to check and see if the order even went through or not, at that point the person working the counter that kept their headphones in said the order was out for delivery no apologies, no customer service, no explanation, no conversation in general….. again very past the time it was supposed to be delivered. While on the phone with my son telling me it was “out for delivery” it showed up and was not even warm, I told the driver my son had driven to the location thinking it was cancelled and he said nahhh dats it right there and walked away. Then when I looked online again to see what it would update too it showed your order has been delivered but showing it was delivered 20mins prior which is also wrong. I have used this location before and had similar experiences. Unfortunately a few times to many at this point.

After several attempts to place the order through the app ( kept telling me payment failed) I see 4 pending payments on my CC. I waited over 10 min to speak to a manager ( who never picked up) I’m now having to drive there myself to see if this order went right or not because I can’t get someone who can speak clear English on the phone to answer me. Needless to say I will not be a returning customer

They always forget marinara and they probably owe me a case of 2 liter dr peppers. It’s 2 of their hardest things to get rite. Don’t tip on card because you may want to hold that 4 bucks out?

Wings had no sauce on it what so ever. Worker was mad that I came back in and asked for more. Also they don’t give back the correct change. The app says your order is ready when you get there it’s another 20 min wait.

Decided to try this location again since I live so close by. Last order, my pizza was half raw and the cheese didn’t even stick together.
This time, I kid you not, my hand tossed pizza crust was like thin crust. It was horrible. It tasted like cord board. I worked at this location as a cook a few years ago and I definitely know what expired dough taste and looks like. The pan pizza I received as well was old and flat. I hate leaving feed backs like this but something has to give especially when you spend $20+ more..

I moved to Youngsville 5 months ago and my family prefers Pizza Hut. We have ordered here twice first time the pizza was cold and very very hard. Yesterday we decided to give it another chance and it was HORRIBLE, thinking that maybe it was the cook the last time we ordered. The stuff crust was hard as ever my kids couldn’t eat it. The other large pizza had sooo much sauce on it all the toppings slid right off. To top it the slices weren’t cut on none of the pizzas. The cheese sticks were hard with barely any cheese for the kids. Ordered contactless and notified them that I was parked. There wasn’t anyone else waiting it took her 20 mins to bring the food out. This was my last time. I’d rather drive 15-20 mins to get it from elsewhere than 5 mins to this location!

Ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza with black olives and mushrooms. The pizza was garbage. When I was younger, Pizza Hut tasted amazing. I hadn’t been since I was younger. Decided to go yesterday and I was not impressed. The crust taste like saltine crackers without the salt. The pizza itself had no taste which was weird for the toppings that were on it. Pizza Hut has changed so much since I last went there. Maybe it’s just this location but I definitely won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.
