I placed an order for delivery at 11:00 am yesterday morning. Food was not warm; the white chocolate bread pudding was so stale, I wouldn't cut it with a knife.....very disappointed. I wouldn't have minded waiting longer for a warm, fresh meal. This is too expensive to not be served better.

We are long time customers and today’s experience was unimpressed. The pizzas as usual are great. The service was subpar. The few staff they did have was hanging out at the bar playing on an iPad and their phones. The tables sat dirty and full of plates/cups. Our server never checked on us until it was time to pay the bill. It just felt like it was ran by middle school students. Two parties of six sat and sat waiting for a server. Both tables ended up leaving without service.

Waitstaff is super friendly and awesome! We have not had a dish that disappointed, we always enjoy our experience and meal. The arcade provides entertainer either before or after meal for the kids

Worst experience I’ve had in a while in a restaurant. Service was very mediocre. I was more than unimpressed with the food. Will notttt be returning.

Close at 9 not 10, try Rotolo’s Pizza, they serve u at 9:03 instead of turning you away, fix the website to show the correct hours of business

We got the pizza to go and an order of mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks had too much breading and raw breading inside. The pizza wasn't bad. The dough was just super chewy. Overall i'd give the pizza a 5/10.

Walked placed our order. Waited for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then the waitress told us they gave our order to a take order and had to wait again. We were even given the option to just cancel the order and leave. Was told by waitress that she will talk to manager about taking half off. Only got a 4 dollar discount in the end. Don’t plan on coming back anytime soon.

I didn't eat, but I didn't stay long either. The place was virtually empty, far from understaffed, and the service was still slow. There didn't seem to be any rhythm with the crew. They just went back and forth, not seeming to accomplish anything in the process.

Great place to eat with your family

I get the Uncle Sam Pizza with no jalapenos all the time. Pizza is always good; as good as Pizza Village when PV is on their game. Pizza here is always consistent and tasty. Calzones here also are awesome (but I like a thin crust calzone) and one of the bangs for the buck in town; large and well stuffed! I always sit at the bar and get good service right there where they can see me. Place is always clean and utensils also no complaints; I'm not the type to return if there are cleanliness issues. I think a lot of the reviews on here are the other pizza place down the street.

I leave this review in hopes that it serves as one purpose, improvement. It is in no way meant to be negative. Dined here tonight for the first time and left slightly unsatisfied. While the food was decent, service was lacking, and time to get service for drink orders, silverware, basics, etc, in my opinion took way too long. We were a party of about 30 people and had one server only during our dinner. I understand that times are tough right now and during the week doesn’t always call for having an adequate amount of staffing. But, 1 server for 30 people was not sufficient or appropriate which resulted in several of us dining leaving unsatisfied with the service.
