Pizzaville USA of Youngsville

Long review. I'm leaving a 5 star because I want to address something, but don't want any ill effects on your ratings. Y'all make the BEST pizza I have ever had in my life. Literally the only place I'll pay $30 for pizza. I used to go there a lot before y'all changed your hours. (I'm never in the area early enough, obviously not on y'all). Now, my only gripe, y'all gotta do something about that phone. I get that it's not possible to answer all the time when y'all are busy, but at the very least put a voicemail on the end saying what time you open and close. That will help drastically. At least if there was a voicemail people would know whether they can head over and order at the window. I know many people who refuse to go to y'all's place just because y'all don't answer the phones and y'all had that stint where you'd close early and nobody would know until they got there. During that time where y'all would close earlier if you weren't busy I drove over there from 30 minutes away 4 different times to order and didn't know y'all were closed until I got there. Each of those times I had called and nobody answered, but that doesn't tell me you're closed because half the time y'all don't answer anyway. Again, I get it, I'm not complaining, I want y'all to stay open, that's why I just need y'all to know that you're unintentionally running customers off. (Not gonna run me off, I'll always deal with it).

I went here with my aunt, grandmother, and brother. Not only could they not get a simple Dr. Pepper right, but it took nearly 25 minutes to even get a drink, and they forgot to bring my water. In addition, they enjoyed their pizza and matter of fact they still order pizza from here, however my pasta was lukewarm after 35 minutes or so after telling me it was “blazing hot, right off of the stove”. Granted, it was not a packed evening. I was not impressed, but the atmosphere in there was decently clean.

Poorly run business. Don’t try to call in an order, they NEVER answer their phones! So sad, another restaurant in Youngsville down the drain!

Horrible customer service. It is sad how far this place has fallen off! We went there expecting a great pizza as usual, but we were surprised by poor customer service. No one was at the door to greet us when we walked in. We sat down expecting the bartender/server to greet our table, but that did not happen. We sat down at the table for over 10 minutes while the workers played on their phones in the kitchen. When we went to get the attention of the staff member to let them know we had been there for a while, she did not lift her head from her phone. Good luck surviving in Youngsville with that service!

Walked in. One table of customers eating, one table of customers waiting for food. Every other table was dirty and needed to be cleaned. One worker sitting at bar playing on her phone. She finally comes over and tells us they are not taking any tables because the kitchen is “backed up”. How the kitchen could be backed up with one table of people waiting on food, I will never know. Why she couldn’t clean tables instead of playing on her phone, I will never know because we will never walk in there again.

I placed an order for delivery at 11:00 am yesterday morning. Food was not warm; the white chocolate bread pudding was so stale, I wouldn't cut it with a knife.....very disappointed. I wouldn't have minded waiting longer for a warm, fresh meal. This is too expensive to not be served better.

Food takes a while, but it's a nice place to stop and relax if you have some friends to join you.

We are long time customers and today’s experience was unimpressed. The pizzas as usual are great. The service was subpar. The few staff they did have was hanging out at the bar playing on an iPad and their phones. The tables sat dirty and full of plates/cups. Our server never checked on us until it was time to pay the bill. It just felt like it was ran by middle school students. Two parties of six sat and sat waiting for a server. Both tables ended up leaving without service.

Waitstaff is super friendly and awesome! We have not had a dish that disappointed, we always enjoy our experience and meal. The arcade provides entertainer either before or after meal for the kids

Worst experience I’ve had in a while in a restaurant. Service was very mediocre. I was more than unimpressed with the food. Will notttt be returning.

Close at 9 not 10, try Rotolo’s Pizza, they serve u at 9:03 instead of turning you away, fix the website to show the correct hours of business

We got the pizza to go and an order of mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks had too much breading and raw breading inside. The pizza wasn't bad. The dough was just super chewy. Overall i'd give the pizza a 5/10.
