Made Uber driver wait HALF AN HOUR with smoothies melting in the car (for our other delivery). Called Meches to ask about delay and phone was answered by super rude staff. Only ordered a few donuts and kolaches. How long does it take to just throw stuff in a box that’s already been paid for??

Husband went to pickup a king cake. The girl at the counter said they were out of the kind he asked for. I get on DoorDash and voila….they begin making me one. So why not stop being lazy and offer to make one if you’re out????

Wow! These donuts are amazing! They were so good, we went back the next day to get more while we on vacation. The staff was friendly and very helpful!!Parking: Plenty of spots in front and sides of the building.

I have doordashed several times from here. Each time when I order an apple fritter, it looks dark and burnt and tastes like it also. I tried for the third time and even put in instructions not to send a burnt apple fritter. Low and behold, what do you think I got? I called them and apparently that’s how their apple fritters come out according to the manager. What’s the point in selling something like this that you cannot eat?

Donuts are a hit and miss. If your lucky they are light and airy. Most times they are greasy which if done correctly they should NEVER be greasy. What’s worse is when you can taste a odd after taste. That flavor is the taste of old oil. Location should really do better especially since the words donut king is in their name. Kolaches are great, staff is always friendly. Wish we could get a Krispy Kreme. Donuts are hot when the sign is blinking. You always know what you are getting. No hit and miss.Sorry Meches in Youngsville. Y'all was great.

Waited in long line when there are 2serving windows..I was asked to wait til truck in front of me finished cuz they were getting frozen drinks n when I finally got my order..the cinnamon roll was dark n stale n worker didn't ask me to sign my card purchase receipt....not going back over there
