Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas. One came out wrong. The server, who had been irritated along with another bar tender upon our arrival, got one of our pizzas wrong. I asked if she could add pepperoni to the top of it, to make it easier for everyone. She said the pepperoni was raw and would have to be cooked on it and had to be redone. Made a review about 2 months ago about the service going to crap at this place. Well,it's gotten worse. Such a shame. Good place with good food,but just can't seem to figure out what customer service is. Actually that's kind ,they've got no clue what's going on. Place a to go order & give it extra time because they've been SO slow & wrong lately. Then call & they say it's ready to go ,except been here for 30 minutes & it STILL isn't. 1 hour & 10 minutes since I called in ONE pizza...read full review
