Rotolo's Pizzeria

Ever since my first visit to Rotolo's pizza in Youngsville it has been my go-to for pizza. Everything I have tried there has been delicious and the service has been friendly and competent.

Just nothing to like. Pizza, Service, Knowledge of menu, Can't watch mnf. Draft beers were stale and old (nasty). Extra charges for dips. Wish we'd gone to Deano's.

Man it was AWESOME! The server who waited on me and my girls was excellent and she was so good with my kids. We will return again. This was our second time here and both times were the best! Go get you some Pizza

First time here, and unfortunately it was very underwhelming. The food was not good. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 17 years, and it was clear to me that the quality of the food was processed — just slapped onto the plate without much care.
Service wasn’t great either. I’m giving two stars instead of one, only because I’m trying to approach this review professionally. But honestly, I won’t be back.
Also, if you’re planning to come here, expect to spend about $20 per person — and for the quality you’re getting, it’s just not worth it.
Save your money and go anywhere else. I didn’t enjoy it, and I can’t recommend it.

Got our order wrong. Had me drive across town to pick up the correct pizza. When i arrived and picked it up it was the wrong size and no one had cut the pizza! For $20-30 per pizza this is horrible customer service!

In the past, I’ve ordered from this place often. I will no longer order from Rotolo’s. I used the Door Dash option to order on 3/22/25 (self pickup). I was notified that they didn’t have spaghetti after I placed my order. I received a phone call from both DD and the restaurant asking me what I wanted to do. I told them that I wanted to cancel the order. Someone at the restaurant marked my order as picked up in the system right before closing. I called the restaurant on Sunday and asked for a manager to understand what happened to the food that they said I picked up. I never received a call back. This caused me to be charged by DD, and I’ve had to call them everyday since Saturday to attempt to get my money back.

The service and the management this place is terrible. We ordered food over an hour ago. My wife and other patrons of this place have been waiting for to go orders for over 45 minutes. This isn’t the first time this happened. I won’t be back.

You can tell the pizza is made from scratch at rotolo’s. All of our food was delicious and the service was fast. The manager was friendly while going above and beyond to make us feel at home. I recommend this location and will definitely be back

Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas. One came out wrong. The server, who had been irritated along with another bar tender upon our arrival, got one of our pizzas wrong. I asked if she could add pepperoni to the top of it, to make it easier for everyone. She said the pepperoni was raw and would have to be cooked on it and had to be redone. HERE’S THE KICKER.. when she went up to the window to return the incorrect pizza (mind you we were 6 feet away), she told the cook/manager through the window “these people were confusing the hell out of me!”. Ma’am, we ordered 2 pizzas in a pizza restaurant. If that is confusing, please get a job elsewhere. Possibly one you are somewhat happy at.
