Best customer service ever! So sweet! This girl asked me if I wanted my receipt back as a folded swan.... OF COURSE! Who wouldnt? And then she accidently made extra of my husband's drink and gave him extra in a bigger size. I WISH this girl was at my usual place in TX ?

Repeated the order back to us twice and still didn’t know what other smoothie we had. Ordered 3 simple smoothies and they looked very confused when trying to tell them what smoothie we were missing.

Youngsville store needs major improvement in relation to making smoothies. We ordered the Greek yogurt smoothie and there was no yogurt in them, only juice and ice. And too much juice because it was way too sweet.
This has to be the WORST Smoothie King there is. So slow, never gets the order right, and makes you pull forward for TWO smoothies! I didn’t order a seven course meal here. Please for the love of God, stop giving people plastic cups!! It’s a smoothie, I want it to remain cold, not melted.

We ALWAYS get the chocolate peanut power plus when we come to smoothie king. No matter what location we go to, it’s our go to. What we got today tasted like nothing but protein powder. No chocolate, barely any peanut butter and no taste of banana. It tastes like protein powder flavored water
