Sonic in Youngsville, LA at 3016 E. Milton Avenue. The food and needed contents of the food is severally lacking. This ranges from missing items in the food (customer added onions, tomatoes, etc) to missing items in the drinks (added creams, lime fruits, cherries, etc), but the customer is still charged for having them on the receipt.Along with such things, when ordering ahead, it seems the food is made at the moment and left to sit; the food is as cool as the air around it. I can't remember the last time I had warm food from this location.Though, it is food and it's edible. I highly advise to not be in a hurry and ensure your order was made correctly before leaving.

They messed up my order. As in charged me correctly then gave me something cheaper than what I was charged for and wouldn't come back or answer the switchboard to hear that it was messed up. They were not busy. And a kids fry is not a large mozzarella stick with extra sauce. It was 3 weeks ago and I've stopped going to ANY sonic because of this.

Ordered a “real banana” shake & it tastes like fake bananas. Didn’t put a cherry on top, instead only had cherry juice on the whipped cream. Also got an Oreo blast, add banana, which I’ve been getting for years, only to realize they must’ve discontinued real bananas since there was banana syrup on the blast as well.

I placed an order on the app. Took a little while to get 2 blasts (an oreo and a mini M&M), but it was worth the wait. They were very busy this evening. Again, I love how I can tip in the app.Parking: There are lots of stalls for parking and also has the drive thru.

Went to sonic today the drive through was closed due to a worker shortage from what I was told, the food took sometime to come out. Ordered my son a coney meal with no cheese and a shake, it took a while so I placed a second order another milkshake and a burger. They left my burger off so I had to swipe my card 3 times. Once I get home my son opens his meal and there was no wiener on the hot dog smh.
Horrible service in Youngsville! Ordered three large drinks from an order stall, not the drive through and waited for the drinks 10minutes several cars where in the drive through when we arrived, that’s why we didn’t go through the drive through but the fist car when we arrived was still there when we drove off after 11min. So sad! What a-shame! Never going to the Sonic in Youngsville again!

Horrible service in Youngsville!
