Literally the worst Taco Bell on the planet. The food always taste, soggy, old or cold. It’s always put together like someone threw it in a dryer then wrapped it up and served it. With the bare minimum ingredients. They constantly forget items in the order. I live in youngsville and will literally drive out of my way to Lafayette to avoid eating here at all costs. But every now and then I go to give it a chance and it’s TERRIBLE.

It's a taco bell, I can't really write a detailed review, other then good food for the price, quick, easy, and OK service.

Food was cold! When asked to warm the food instead of making an entire meal over again , the night manager caught an attitude and was very rude ! Her , along with other staff was talking loudly about my family , kids included while we were sitting in the dining area eating. Vulgar language was used in front of my kids toward us. We will not be visiting this location again !Worst $60 I ever spent on fast food.

Terrible food and customer service. Went at 7ish pm Oct 2nd. 4 workers standing around talking. We waited at counter fir several minutes before one asked what she can help us with. We said obviously we need to order. She then tells us that we have to use the kiosk to order. Like wth?? If we wanted dto use the kiosk we would have. But obviously they were all too busy in a conversation to take our order. And the people after us. Not another person in restaurant and they are too lazy to do their job. I can't stand trying to find and edit food I want on a kiosk. But that was exactly what we spent 10 minutes trying to figure out. Whole time the workers stopped talking amd just watched us. Then the food was a soggy mush in the 3 minutes it took to get home afterwards. Taco bell here used to be on point. Guess it's turned in to a middle school gossip place for workers to hang out and show zero customer service. Will definitely be our last time eating here..

No soda. Sweet tea in the unsweetened tea container, causing there to be no unsweet tea at all. Service was cold and rude. Over all crappy experience

The only problem I had was that they put my tacos on the bottom of the bag, so they got crushed.

Last straw. These kids either don't listen or don't care. They have completely messed up my order the last 3 times I went. I ordered supreme chalupas and got regular soft tacos like I'm poor or something. Well that's the last dollar you get from me. Plus they ask you to round up for children's education well I've given up on the entitled kids and still keeping my money. The worst Taco Bell including New Iberia which is also illiterate.

Idk why but every Mexican pizza has one half beans and the other meat instead of beef and bean across the entire thing ???
