The king cake and gingerbread cookies are delicious! Definitely my new favorite!

There were so many things wrong with our visit, I don’t even know where to start. My burger was made wrong then scraped off and given to me just like that. The chicken nuggets were clearly fried in super old oil. My daughter spilled her water which I have NO problem cleaning myself but the workers watched me at 34 weeks pregnant cleaning the floor and never offered help, a better solution than napkins, or anything. Then to top it all off, they have the audacity to click the 20% tip option for you when you’re checking out, like they actually deserve a tip. NEVER AGAIN. I’m trying to include photos of the scraped burger but fb is not cooperating.

The fries were terrible. If you can’t get the fries right, there is no need for a second try. What makes it odd is that we have been to the location on Johnston street several times and enjoyed the food.

Food is always delicious. Hasn't missed once. But a little on the pricey side and can take a while to get your food. But the sweets are delicious also.

Ho-Hum. AC was set too high, made dining uncomfortable. Got the Eggcellent Twin burger, a double decker with over medium egg and (magnificent)bacon. It was scalding hot inside, bun got soggy and fell apart before it was cool enough to eat. So many employees working they were reading behind the counter which further put me off my appetite, but I’ll try it again incase it was just an off day.

Horrible customer service!! Notice my order was wrong so I tried to calling but m no one would answered however I could see the lady was standing right by the phone. After I called back and she answered informed her the of discrepancy, she placed me on hold and I can see her talking with someone else with an attitude I guess it was a bother for me to question my order. This is not the first time I’ve have experienced rude service at here. However, in the past, I have decided to give them another chance because people have bad days totally get it however, this was the final straw. Twins will no longer have this family of sixes business! Instead, we will keep Morvant’s and Acadiana Bar and Grill, on our burger schedule and rotate only between those two. No more sharing our business with them.

In a time where everyone is cutting back on expenses, it more important than ever to provide good customer service. Went recently as a treat after end of school awards and was so disappointed in the service that I won't be back. The food was alright but when you consider that Youngsville offers you lots of options for a good burger and better customer service right across the street why would I bother with a place where the employees treat you like an inconvenience to their day.
