I am giving Vibe three stars. Their teas and shakes are very tasty. Menu is easy to understand. The reason for the three stars is the staff appears bored that they have to help you. They appear to be annoyed to answer any questions about the tea ingredients. I have not been greeted with a hello and I have been in several times. So if you know what you want don’t have any questions you are good. If you want friendly staff and to be able to ask questions about a product you are buying then this might not be the Herbalife club for you.

Powdery drink. Don't know what else to say other than the tea felt chalky. Customer service be bland too. Not expecting smiles, but definitely not RBF and dry.
Love the drinks but I’ve been here several times and every time the workers are very unwelcoming. I stopped in around 4:45 on today and was asking questions about the different drinks and the girls were very dry and didn’t even look at me when responding. I probably won’t be back even though we love the drinks

Every week I buy four and five bottles and now all of a sudden when I call in the order I have to sit there and wait because they make you pay with a credit card prior. I should not have to sit there on the phone and give some kid I don't know and give my credit card information for some silly drinks. If you're that cheap and concerned about your cost then maybe you shouldn't be in business at all. Part of being in business is taking risk not inconveniencing your customer because you're more worried about your pocketbook. But that's okay there's a location on Pinhook if you look it up it's closer for me and they do just as good of a job. I'm just typically on the Youngsville side of town more often but I'll make it a point now to go to the other location. Besides they're talking about adding waiter and doordash so they'll definitely have more of my business when they do that

It was my first time visiting vibe and I never really got a lot of loaded to use my friends have always got them . I never knew what flavor ticket. For my first visit the girls were so kind and so helpful an answered my 50 million questions can’t wait to go back and get my next tea absolutely delicious super fast service!
