Poboy was OK. Staff was not helpful in choosing, being it was our first time.

I wanted to like this place :(

Ordered two whole sandwiches for a pickup order. It cost 35 dollars with the tip, but the kicker was the "delivery fee" on the receipt. I noted that was weird and went home.

Meatball sub:
Cheese was on the deli paper. None on the sandwich. I had to pull chunks of fennel out of my teeth... it's all I could taste being there wasn't any cheese. I wish I knew what the marinara tasted like.

Villagers sub:
I unwrapped the sandwich for my wife, the entire sandwich looked like someone dropped it in gumbo. It was
.. moist.

I called the order in, and left the business less than 15 minutes after the order was placed, so it didn't sit for too long.

The food was absolutely delicious! However the people that works there are the worst I've ever seen. I will get food from drive up window but never set in there again and place was so hot the lady at next table said she is getting go plate just take it home

Poor customer service.

The food I ordered was made incorrectly. When I brought this to the attention of the young man working at the counter, he told me I had to purchase the food item a second time in order for them to make it how I asked. The menu board behind the counter and the menu that was given to us at the table did not match. I made this known to him and he still told me I had to purchase the food item again.

He did not offer any apology and was not willing to fix the mistake that was made on my sandwich.

Very disappointed.
