We are some of the easiest guests to serve but our visit to Agave was less than satisfactory from the moment we sat down. ( Friday, March 15th) We sat for 12 minutes before a server came to put chips and salsa on our table but we still didn’t have water or drinks. Not to mention, there were servers walking around everywhere and people being served that had sat down after us. Finally, a man ( who looked like the manager/ owner) came to our table and asked us if our drink orders had been taken. He took our orders, then our waitress walked up to ask us if we were ready to order. Next, our tamale plates came out with sides of tortilla soup but we had ordered bean soup. The first waitress nor the guy manager never checked on us again. We had a different waitress who did well until she ran our check and charged us for 2 margaritas which we only had one margarita and a beer. Instead of rerunning our card she gave us a $10 bill. The whole experience was a hot mess. I definitely feel like the drinks should have been comped or we should have been given a dessert. Maybe it was an off day and we should give them another chance.

I had to scrape the bottom of the tray for the cheese on my nachos. But they did provide quick service with a smile.

Family took me here for my birthday, it was awesome! Drinks are almost the best part! Food was delicious too!Wheelchair accessibility: I'm in a wheelchair and it was slightly difficult to get in! Sidewalk outside had NO ramp. Tables were almost too close to get through.
We have been there 4 times. We have sat outside with the band playing & inside. We have went with friends & by ourselves. It has been great everytime we’ve been. The drinks are always good, not watered down or weak, the food is always great.Parking: They also have some of the plug ins for the electric carsKid-friendliness: They are always kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchair access

The server always makes or breaks the experience, but our service was great. He was patient and helpful, especially bc we had our hungry family that spent all day at the baseball field nearby. I ate taco trio (beef tongue steak and fish) fish was best, the beef tongue was a close second and still was great but the steak was ave at best. Hibiscus margaritas was mind blowing and highly recommended ??...Will be back to try other things til next time.
