Went for lunch and had to order at the counter then be seated. Service was friendly and efficient. My order got mixed up and was fixed promptly. A bit on they pricey side but good food and friendly atmosphere.

It’s been 3 years since our first date here, so we decided to go back. It took forever for the food to come and we were the only people there. By the time we got our food, my finances was cold and mine was lukewarm. $50 for bad service and cold food. What happened to this place.

I had Cajun Catch for the first time and OMG! The gumbo/jambalaya/crawfish pies special. It did not disappoint. It’s hard to find a commercial gumbo that tastes like home but here they are standing in the gap with an excellent bowl of gumbo.
Ordered some to go but I do not recommend it unless you instruct them not to put the rice in the gumbo to go. Don’t they know that by the time you get home with it, it’s no longer gumbo but a bowl of mush rice and gravy. Straight turn off and they wouldn’t take it back and make it right. They said that’s how they do it. That would be the reason to not get all five stars.

We have visited several times in the past month and have been pleased each time. From the pleasant workers to the delicious entrees, this place is wonderful. We love the extensive list of choices on the menu. The gumbo and catfish are delicious! And the bread pudding balls are the BOMB! Can’t wait to try some different entrees next time we visit.

A very busy restaurant, juggling people like us who were eating in with takeouts and those driving up to a window. They coped magnificently as they had loads of staff and seemed to prioritise those like us eating in. Mia was delightful and had time to chat. We shared different catfish and shrimp dishes along with a beer and glass of wine. Not a great atmosphere but busy, busy and just what we needed after a couple of abortive attempts to eat in Natchez.
