He trains his team to MAKE you great. These guys care. They REALLY care. As a creative, Lex approaches each event, each hour, each interaction, as though it's for a family member. His shooters are the same (shout out to Joseph!!!). After several years of teaming up with Lex and the team, I've never once had a client unhappy with the day of experience, the final edit, the timeline, nothing. Being an event planner & chef in the wedding industry, my husband and I have seen enough weddings to know how easily the day can be swept up and become more of a production and a job than a celebration. It was so important to us that we weren’t overly coached throughout the day, that it was captured in the most authentic and genuine way. Joseph, Colby and Lex did exactly that. Joseph and Colby were so kind, fun and easy going from the start. They truly just let us and all of our loved ones be ourselves and let the day unfold into the perfection that it was and they captured every moment of it. But then Lex was able to take all of those memories and encapsulate it in a highlight film that let us relive every emotion again. This team has absolutely nailed their craft. From the meetings beforehand to the last second of the video and everything in between. We are so grateful for Joseph and Colby who were able to jump into the day with professionalism but still an easy going demeanor that we tried so hard to create for our wedding day.
