My husband and I walked into the restaurant, no one was in the front. We had just seen someone walk in. After waiting a few minutes, one employee walked up, placed 2 menus behind the counter and didn't acknowledge us. Then 2 other employees walked up and still didn't acknowledge us! We waited 10 minutes and had not been seated. I could see this happening if they were busy and had a lot of people waiting, but there weren't that many cars in the parking lot. Needless to say, we decide to go somewhere else for dinner.

When I got my meat it was toooo salty. The waitress took about 20 -30 minutes to come back to check how everything was. Sent salty meat back and ordered fish without seasoning, it was terrible. Lagniappe need to train those young people. Don't think I'll be going back or recommend them to family or friends.

This is my second time at this restaurant. It was a birthday celebration for my son. The staff are amazing, the food is excellent, and the price is decent.

This is the worse place I have been in my life. They are very unprofessional… they charged me for someone else meal and I still haven’t received my refund a week later… they keep saying call my bank and when I do my bank say it’s on the merchant when I inform them they just say well we refunded it…. I booked and event there in June for August with a deposit paid people to come decorate and do different things set a time for them to call me a few days before and tell me you have to move the time up because we are closing early… so that’s money lost. Ask to talk with the manager she send a server to talk with me.. called a few time to talk with a manager no one gets on the phone. Finally almost a week later I get In touch with the owner he’s no help… one cashier says that’s why we give cash refunds back on cards because of things like that. Did I mention it was hot in the building and it was already 97 outside…. Never ever again

We waited an hour and a half for our food. It was around six and there was only 3 other parties seated. I tried to cancel our order, but the waitress claimed it was already being made. My po boy bread was hard as a rock. The so called manager come to speak with my husband because she recognized him. I showed her my bread and she was going to have it remade. 15 minutes later we left and that sandwich obviously was still being made. I made two trips in one, my first and last. I only gave one star, because zero was not an option.
Was there with a big party of over 30, yet we had one server for the entire party. Had to wait over an hour for our food. They brought my mom's baked fish out cold, took it back, and just reheated it. They put in a microwave, I guess, plate fish vegetables, and all, and brought it back. Oh no... No lights outside at all when we left. Pitch black. Very unsafe.

Last 2 times ,first waiting for over 20 minutes for service then about 30 minutes for food and it wasn't good, then last time was seated by a table that was not clean and waiting on service for 15 minutes no one came so we left. they were just sitting there as we left. Will not go back! oh yeah the table still had dishes on it when we left.

Reserved a private room for 50ppl for a dinner after my wedding. Not only was I put in a different room other than the one I reserved, it only seated 30ppl so the rest of my guest had to be seated away from my dinner. To top it off the air conditioner was not working so it was burning up in there. We were not notified about the air being out. In one corner a fan, the other was a floor blower. It was so miserable we couldn’t even decorate as planned and My cakes melted. In every single picture everyone is sweating and shiny!! One of my friends felt so bad for my husband and I that he went up to see if he could fix the air being that he is a HVAC contractor. The only plus side was The food was good and hot. The ladies did their best to serve us despite the heat, but overall my special night was RUINED!!! The manager on duty did not even have the decency to come talk to us nor apologize for the inconvenience yet refunded the $50 deposit through a server, as if she did us a favor! This was on 7-6-24.

I drove 8 hours from out of state to attend a baby shower for my cousin. The service was amazing, and the food was delicious. My only complaint was that there was no air conditioning in the restaurant. It was cooler outside, which was 90 degrees, then inside the building.
