Marble Slab Creamery

This location was out of everything for the marble slab ice cream creations. I could not get a waffle cone, caramel with cookie dough sweet treat because none of the items were available. After speaking with the young worker, some items had been unavailable since four days prior to my visit. I hope management will revisit their ordering policies.

The workers could be a little more nicer, but besides that it was great! But you just have to know how to order, and what you want before you go in, or else you WILL get confused and just end up getting a plane vanilla ice cream 🍦

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rude staff, always seems like ordering ice cream at an ice cream shop is a disservice for them. And then most times, the teenagers working would rather flirt with each other than help customers. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of the lack of work ethic they allow to fester here.

They didn't have cookies and cream or Oreos, which are arguably some of the more popular flavors available. Also, they didn't have any lids for milkshakes. That's absurd. Service was nothing special. Disappointed.

The service was great! But I was highly disappointed with the ice cream. It was tasteless. Which was disappointing because this was my 1st time here.

Every time I go in they are out of waffle cones of any kind . I will not be back to this location .

If you want cookies and cream anything from here then don’t bother, they never have the Oreos for it ever. It’s a waste of time coming here.

Bre, the manager was extra nice and helpful. I was able to taste the flavors I had a question about, and she was very patient as I made up my mind as this was my first visit to this establishment! It was an awesome experience, and I will definitely be returning!

Would highly not recommend. We ordered online so that we would not have to deal with the rude employees. An hour later went to go pickup our order and it was not ready. Instead, had to sit there and receive dirty looks and attitude from the employees. We won't be back. I'll take the long drive to the other location.

Great ice cream shop. Stopped in on a hot July day for a cone. Fast and friendly service and the ice cream was delicious.

I don’t see how they’re operating with hardly any toppings. Ice cream tasted horrible. My kids didn’t even like it, so a waste of money. The owners must don’t care about their business.
