Very bad experience. I ordered online and they told me to pull up. The person who was fixing my order didn’t have no gloves on and I’ve been in the reserved drive thru parking for 30 minutes.

This place deserves 0 stars. But too bad that’s not an option. I went through the drive-thru on Wednesday night (at the Zachary location to be exact); it was just before 6:00. I pulled into the line to the far right side and waited. There was a car sitting at the menu board and one other car ahead of me. The right lane was noticeably moving extremely slow for reasons unknown. Once I made it to the menu board, I just sat there, while multiple cars pulled into the left lane and had their orders taken. After waiting and not moving for several minutes, I blew my horn. Someone finally responded to take my order. Needless to say, I was frustrated. So, my first thought was to inform the order taker about how long I had waited and her response to me was that I could leave if I was tired of waiting. So, I make it to the window and ask for the manager and was greeted by a young white female (the manager). Anyway, I explained my frustration to her, while repeating to her, what the order taker had said to me, pointing out her rudeness. To my surprise and dismay, she was eager to inform me that it was her who made the rude comment because she didn’t like my “attitude.” Well, if that’s what managers and customer service amounts to nowadays, then what was once known as fast, accurate and friendly customer service no longer holds true. That said, McDonald’s has lost a customer.

It's difficult to rate because the food is okay. It's McDonald's, but the app never works and you never mind up getting any of the bonuses that are supposed to come with it.

A woman hit my car in the McDonald's drive thru and drove off. The manager spoke with police but no one has said anything to me. She tried to run me over with the car after hitting the side of my car as well and the police showed up trying to blame me for it. True story. Somebody hit my car. They're not here. I am. But the police officer wanted to have a back and forth about who had the right away. Won't be back. At all. And I really feel like the woman who hit my car knew the woman who handed me my food because they both shared identical Scowls on their faces. Some elderly people can be very hateful. This was the McDonald's on Plank and Denham on the day they were giving away free turkeys at the community center up the street so if anyone knows who this woman is please let her know the police have her license plate.

If you dine in they bring your food and drinks to table well some of the do and some leave it sitting on counter to get but don't let you know, then I've noticed that the older folks pay and order at the counter but takes a while for them to even notice the Zachary Mc Donald sucks. The lady that cleans the place is always working hard and very sweet.
