I dont know what the owners for managers are doing, but this has to be the worst pizza place I've ever tried. First of all, whoever is in charge doesnt know what's going on and leaves their online ordering set to closed at all times.... And then they had the genius idea of not hiring delivery drivers and only using doordash. Pizza hut is dead

Well its Pizza Hut either you are going to have a great experience at Pizza Hut or you aren't but in this case this visit was good. The pizza came out fresh,hot and what I ordered. The customer service was great and the lady that helped me was spot on with use of the app, I didn't know it was upgraded so it had better coupons and promotions that saved me money. I will return when I want a great pizza for a saving.

The manager was very rude.They gave me the wrong flavor wings and I told the manager Shanta from the beginning my wings don’t usually look like this.She gone say well you order mild wings I told her I order medium. I showed her my receipt and she gone say well you have to wait 15 minutes on some boneless wings with an attitude.I ask the cashier what the manager name was she said Shantel.

when i parked in the parking lot, part of my bumper fell off and one of the amazing workers helped me put it back on. i thank her so much she is amazing ! i did not catch her name, but she had a hairnet on with rose tattoos, i hope she has a blessed day :)

I miss the pizza hut of old...good pizza cooked right with lots of toppings...what happened pizza hut...if you want a soft undercooked pizza with barely any toppings for 20+ dollars then eat here. It's sad u can go to the grocery store and get a frozen pizza with more toppings and a crispier crust ...than I would get from a pizza place that's been in business since I was a child...pizza hut is not what he t once was , it has fallen way down...sad times we live in.
Ordered Cinnamon sticks with my order. I got COLD bread sticks which had not even been heated. I called the store 3 times and it rang until it cut off without ever having spoken to anyone. This is ridiculous. Very poor customer service on top of a messed up order! Won’t be using Zachary Pizza Hut again anytime soon!! And another thing??? WHY DO YOU OPEN AT 8pm and CLOSE AT 10????? It was after 9, 9:07 to be exact and the freaking order was WRONG!!!! Not a good idea to make customers unhappy and then not have the courtesy to answer the damned phone!!!

When we order Pizza in Zachary they did not bring us our food because they was talking about it was delivered and we was waiting for 2 hours and we still haven’t received it we tried to call the Manager and they did answer the phone this was the worst experience of my life and we want our money back because y’all can’t do a proper job and we was very disappointed. This store is a nightmare because I ordered pizza at 7:56pm and I never received it. I was on the phone for 2 hours and no one answered the phone. I was charged $32 but no delivery I need to know how I get my money back on my card ASAP. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

I placed an order at 9:31 and the confirmation email said it would be done at 9:51. I show up at 9:56 to pick up my order and the door was locked. An employee told me through the door that my order was in the trash.
