I had a terrible experience at the Pizza Hut in Zachary. We placed an order, and it was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, but we ended up waiting almost an hour. When we finally got our food, the pizza was cold, and the wings were soggy and unappetizing.
To make matters worse, we watched the cook bake the wings twice, then fry them—which is not the proper way to ensure crispy wings. Anyone with cooking experience knows that this method leads to a bad texture, and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened.
When we called to speak with the manager, they were rude and dismissive, trying to justify the cooking process instead of addressing the poor quality of our food. We weren’t looking for excuses—we just wanted an enjoyable meal.
This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at Pizza Hut, and we won’t be returning to this location. If you’re looking for hot, fresh, and properly cooked food, I’d suggest going somewhere else.

This particular location does not have any delivery drivers. Even though I place my order about 2 hours ahead of the scheduled delivery time, no one bothered to notify me that there were no drivers. I waited until I received an email notification telling me that my order was delivered. When in fact it never was because there were no drivers. I had to go without lunch because of the employees failing to reach out to me. Had I known they did not have drivers, I simply would have ordered elsewhere and would have been able to enjoy lunch.

Service is always great, I'm feeling uneasy about the parmesan cheese and red pepper packets they no longer give away with your pizza. You have to buy some there or buy your own at the store.
Was in the shopping center and Grandbaby had to use the restroom so I went in and asked if she could use the restroom the mgr on duty had a nasty attitude when all she had to say was it wasn’t a public restroom and I would have left . One reason for me to never order from this location again.

I ordered a carryout order on 8/28/24. My card was debited. After attempting to pickup. The cashier stated she had no order for me. After our interaction, my card was refunded back in the amount purchased. This is not acceptable!

First and foremost I am a regular customer at this pizza is Zachary. Usually when I go in there everybody’s friendly, there’s a young gentleman name Aaron, which has a beautiful personality and very professional but on tonight I called in my order and the young lady who asked if I was picking up or a delivery I said it a online order, but I don’t know how to order online and she said because of the special I have to go online, I am 58 years old and I told her that I’m not really all that good on all food online so I was actually asking for the young gentleman working there because I forgot his name and I thought he was the manager but to my surprise A lady answered the phone he stated that she was the manager so I told her the same thing I told her first person and she said you had to order it online your pizza I said OK so I went online with a friend of mine help and then I call my food online put my name on it and everything waited 20 minutes and then I went to Pizza Hut to pick up a pizza. I’ll walk in and give them my name young lady said you ordered the special pieces of the 10 toppings but we don’t have meatballs so the young gentleman I seen him working came up and say how are you doing Mr. Herman and I told him Im fine thank you for asking, then he said looking at my ticket saying we don’t have any meatball, so I said can you substitute it with something else? He said yes I’ll I’ll try to take care of you, so I was asking him about the pineapples or the jalapeños peppers. He said I’ll put the pineapples on. Do you still want jalapeños? I said sure then the next thing I know the lady manager say to him what’s wrong with his order he stated that they didn’t have the meatballs and that I wanted pineapples instead and for any inconvenience he was gonna put on a couple of jalapeño peppers just to show customer service to me she got very irate very angry and stated she didn’t pay extra for that. No he can’t have it so I said don’t worry about it just give me the pizza but she was so angry that she couldn’t hear me because she was chastising him in front of all the employees and I am the customers in the front lobby. I l Heard everything so I asked again please I’ll pay for it just give me the pizza as it is she still continue go off on the young gentleman so I said don’t worry about it. I don’t want the pizza anymore. This was one of the most unprofessional managers I’ve ever seen in my life at 58 years old. Wow.

There was no parking directly in front of the door so parked across the lot, directly in front. A worker came out looked one way and went back in. When a spot became available, I pulled directy in front of the door. I called again and informed them the second time of the description of my vehicle. The worker came out, while still on the phone, with my order. I told her I had been outside for a while and she rudely said I didn't see you. I called back to ask to speak to the manager and was put on hold for about ten minutes then hung up and called again and asked for the managers name and I was told she was not in but did get the name.

Picked up an order on my way home from work. Big Box Deal. Fixed up some plates for the family and we started watching TV, talking, and eating. During the first commercial something said to look down. I saw a bright red color in the middle of my second to last wing. Called the store and got transferred 5 times before I got a lady who told me I needed to bring all the wings back for them to do something. The wings were pretty much gone except the two in the photo and I'm not about to drive back and waste my gas for a problem that could have been solved by you cooking your food properly.
